Don’t waste your money

Although you have these irritating moments when one side doesn’t charge. I used these solely for the gym and they couldn’t even do that right. It kept pausing my music when I would switch positions on exercise I.e Decline bench press. Happened to me multiple times.. Would not recommend!

Best Buy does not honor the manufacturers warranty. Considering these were $100 headphones I am disappointed in Best Buy and Jlab to say the least.

The "soft-touch" button failed after short time using. Sound quality was pretty decent if I'm being fair. I wanted to like them but they thrived in concept but failed in execution!

Don't support this crap- just buy wired headphones. The audio quality was quite poor, the active noise isolation is neat, but you could just buy a regular pair of sports earbuds that are wired and have little to no issues with them. Left ear-bud always has a lower battery level due to it being the earphone that has to be active to pair with bluetooth devices. These are trash, they will end up in landfills and they do not last long at all.

The sound quality was ok for the price but the overall quality is definitely not worth the money.
