Good quality ear buds that has surprisingly really good sound for the money!

I have owned two sets of Jlab earbuds over the last three years. They were some of the best that I have ever had. I purchased these because I was wanting to use them with my computer at work, and saw that they had a very long battery life. They never would fully charge. Even after placing on the charger, each time I would remove them from the case, the welcome message would day "battery low", and would work for about 30 minutes. I returned to the store and exchanged for the EPICAIR ANC True Wireless units. Unfortunately, the right earbud is not charging at all on that unit, so will be returning it soon. Very disappointed after the good luck that I have had with JLab for years that two sets have been defective.

Average sound quality. It did the job. Would not purchase again.

Convenient, clear voices. Enjoy the convenient case. Long lasting charge.

Settle for these until i buy the ones i want. They work ok.

Still trying to figure Out, Haven't Really Tried Them at Work.

JLab audio has been stepping up their game recently and it really shows with these new earbuds. I have been using these while running, playing bball, and casual listening around the house. The Active Noise Cancellation is really quite good and I attribute that to the earbuds fitting snug in my ear in combination with the software. I can completely drown out any surrounding noise with the earbuds on but with the app, I could also turn ANC down or off so I can hear my surrounding for safety purposes. The app is a little bit bugged in the sense that when I tried to change the ANC from max to low it would automatically reset itself to what it thought it should be at. It didn't bug me too much because it would balance out perfectly with what I was doing at the time anyway. The actual sound quality of the earbuds are good as well. The base does bump and vocals are clear. I didn't notice distortion at max volume and with that being said, max volume wasn't obnoxiously loud, it was a comfortable loud. The feel of the earbuds were great. I did not feel as if they would come out of place and even with sweat build up they were still solid. I didn't notice any fatigue up until about the 1 hour mark of wearing them. These are also difficult to wear with glasses so keep that in mind if you have to wear them while playing sports. Another great aspect of this product is that the case is very slick! It's very small and the charging cable is connected to the case itself tucked underneath it for easy access. Battery life was phenomenal and even after 7 days of continuous use for 1 hour intervals, I did not have to charge them. The reason behind this is because as soon as you put them back in the case, they begin to charge again. It's exactly what all true wireless earbud products offer and JLab has come into this space and made it more affordable. Overall, I love the sound, design, and affordability of these earbuds.

Not the greatest sound output, but they work as they should.

Not so happy with the battery life, used for couple of hours an battery dropped from high to medium and next one hour from medium to low. The product features features 15+ hours of Bluetooth playtime in each earbud which was not true in my case. Maybe this is a lemon piece :-(

Don't like the ear hooks. Vary hard, not very flexible.

These are utter crap. the one for the right ear connected for 15 seconds and would not connect after that no matter what I did. YES, I did go through the trouble shooting per the manual. It did not work.

husband loved his birthday gift. Clarity and sound are great!

These don't keep a charge long. Maybe three hours. Also, because there's no easy way to turn them off, that I can see, they're always running down. One more thing: It's hard to "pause" the operation of these, so you can hear what's going on, other than taking them off.

I returned this headset, they did not fit comfortably.

It is a good value when it is on sale for under $ 50

I still am working on trying to get these to work. Not easy to figure out at all. I’m going to keep trying but it’s past warranty/return time so I cant return them or exchange them. I dont recommend these. The left one has no sound at all. Very frustrating.

I would not recommend these as the sound is too low, I returned it as soon as I compare these to the earlier version of these which does not have wireless charging. The old ones are really good but not these in terms of sound quality and volume.

These are the worst ear buds that I have purchased. I wish I returned these sooner for my money back. I constantly lose connection when using them.

I purchased thee for a Christmas gift for my husband and after one week he constantly hears static from them and the volume is soo low he has to strain to hear. I will be returning these.
