Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the Epic Air Sport ANC True Wireless Earbuds for their top-notch sound quality, comfortable fit, and great battery life. The charging case with both wireless and USB charging is also appreciated. However, some customers have experienced occasional connection issues, dislike the touch controls, find the ANC a bit weak, and feel the highest volume is quite low.

Exactly what I was looking for

I did a LOT of research and read a LOT of reviews before purchasing wireless headphones. I am so glad I went with these. The battery life is amazing - like the best I've seen thus far. I use these headphones all day / every day for work and I have to charge them like once a week. The sound quality is 10/10, honestly blew my mind. I love that you can change the EQ, and the "be aware" feature is really nice. With that feature turned on, it really amazes me (and kinda freaks me out) how well you can hear background noise. But with noise cancelling turned ON, you cannot hear a dang thing outside of these headphones, it's awesome. These fit nicely in my ears - my ears DO get a little bit sore after wearing them all day, but I haven't messed around with the different fits yet so I can't really complain much there. The microphone is SUPER impressive - honestly, almost better than holding my phone and talking on it. The ONLY thing I am not huge on with these is how touchy the controls are. It's really hard to put these in your ears without bumping the sensors, and there are so many different controls that sometimes it's hard to know how to change it back after accidently hitting it. I still have to reference the controls pamphlet to figure out how to change things because there are so many different options. But all in all, that is a VERY small con - everything else about these headphones is great, I would recommend them to anyone, any day!

Sound quality is average, while noise cancellation is not available as advertised. Overall, I found the product not comensurate to his value. I will not recommend the product to a friend.

Used the warranty coverage, Big Mistake!

Why did you delete my warranty coverage. I exchanged the earbuds, but you then deleted my warranty coverage when you processed the transaction. I would not have purchased the warranty if I did not want the warranty. You made the decision to delete my warranty coverage, WITHOUT my authorization. Why would you do that? I have a problem with the JLab earbuds now which needs to be addressed, and the convenience of not having to deal with the manufacturer was stripped away by you.

I wanted sort of a no-frills set of this style ear bud for working out. I've had mixed luck with ear buds dying and so I refuse to spend a lot of money on them anymore (doesn't matter which brand I've bought). So far these work great, they have some good preset audio options and good volume.

Uncomfortable and just wasn't or didn't fit what all needs was. I returned them as I had found another brand that provided all the perks I wanted plus a little extra, pretty much at the same price.

    If I was allowed a 4.5 Out Of 5 Stars = Great

This is my review of the JLab Audio - Epic Air Sport ANC True Wireless Earbuds of which I gave them 4 out of 5 stars per BestBuy equating to a 4.5 out of 5 stars if I was allowed ½ star increments. My first impression upon opening up the package of these earbuds was good. You get a total of 6 different sized ear tips to include one with memory foam. They suggest trying all them out for the best fit and trust me, you will need to, to determine what works for you. I actually have two different pair I use with one for conference calls and the others for music, but that may just be my quirkiness. The first odd thing I encountered was the clam-shell case that holds the earbuds. Upon opening, the earbud on the right is for your left ear and the one on your left is for your right ear. I gather JLabs wanted to minimize the size of the clam-shell case so designed it as such to make it smaller. Also, to charge the earbuds in the case you can do so one of two ways. The first way is wirelessly through a charging platform and the second is through the use of its built-in USB cable. Using the cable can be burdensome as the length of the cable is approximately 2-inches. This works well in charging from a laptop but not so much if you only have a wall outlet or power strip on the floor. I wished they just had a USB-C port and allowed for wired charging through that means so this equated to a 1/2 star deduction in my rating. As for the fit in combination of the inner ear compression of the ear tips I especially like the addition of the ear-hook around the outer ear to allow for extra stability and comfort. The JLab Air ANC app is very feature rich. As an important note, the app only enables when BOTH earbuds are turned on! This was the 2nd drawback to this device equating to a ½ star deduction. The app possess nice features such as ANC – Automatic Noise Cancellation, BE Aware – adjusts the volume of ambient noise allowed, 4-custom Equalizer settings, and Left/Right earbud command settings. As for the audio performance of the earbuds for music I was very impressed with the clarity of the highs and tightness of the bass. As for conference calls, the audio was clear and my mic allowed for clear voice communication. As for the battery life and charging I was very satisfied. I was able to get a full day of conference calls and the batteries had over 50% remaining!! I was also able to recharge them twice overnight across two days and still had enough reserve to potentially charge them a third time. These are the best earbuds I have tried in a while and highly recommend them! I have a hard time with the fit of most ear tips and this product having 6-pair to start with allowed for a custom fit. In summary, great fit, sound, playtime, multiple recharging ability. Only two draw-backs of the 2-inch charging cable and the app that only functions with both earbuds turned on and are far from deal-breakers. I hope you liked my review of this product and it helped you in your decision in a future purchase—you won’t go wrong!!!

    Good Set of Earbuds

Nice set of Ear Buds with a charging case that stay in when moving. Pairing is easy and the multiple set of ear pads to get the right fit to sit in your ears. That was nice to get six different pairs to get a fit. Overall setup these days is easy. Paired without an issue and quick with my phone, and its nice that you can use one or the other, or both without issue. Its easy to change between Noise Cancelling Mode too, just touch the left ear and it will go from Noise Cancelling, Off, to amplifying surrounding sounds in Be Aware mode. Makes it handy if you are out and about and want to be aware as you jog. Sound is good, and the mic works well. At least when I was in my home office on conference calls. No complaints about the headphones. The case is interesting as the charging cable is inbuilt into the bottom of the case. While it is a nice thick rubber but flexible enough to not overly worry about breaking. Additionally if you do break the cable, the case can also be wirelessly charged if you have them. So that is awesome to have two ways to charge the case to keep the earbuds going and not having to carry another cable is a huge bonus. Controls are easy to use to adjust the volume or the ANC modes. Overall I like them and the sound of was good, I could enjoy the music as I walked and I was able to talk easily on conference calls. These are great ear buds, with a comfortable fit, good sound and nice battery life.

Even though I got it on a discounted price, it is not worth buying it. The telephone call may be clear but the music sound is junk. The music is not that clear even if you have noise cancellation.

I loved everything about these... Except the fact that the Bluetooth keep dropping out. I couldn't watch a movie on my laptop because the sound kept dropping out every couple of minutes (I tried a pair of wired headphones, no issue). And when using them to listen to a podcast on my phone, every time I got more than 2 feet from my phone the sound would stop. Not sure if it was specific to this pair or not, I was still in the 2 week return period so I did.

Noice cancelling is almost non existent. Not sure if the tech is garbage or if the fit was poor (combination of both perhaps) but these were a complete waste of money. Also, the app is hit or miss and will require patience to get it to accept your changes. Either spend more and get Beats, or spend less and get something equally average for less money.
