    Bluetooth is piece garbage

    Three weeks after buy this bluetooth it stop working so i took it back and they say i had to use the insurance because 14day policy is over within that 14day anytime i try going to the gateway mall but they close early so that why i went over the 14day so anyhow i take another one and this time i didn't but more insurance and now the other one stop working so that two bluetooth in less than 2month very disappointed.

    The earbuds provide very poor bass response compared to basic apple cell phone earbuds. Very disappointed. Item returned to Best Buy.

    I purchased these and had to return them after about 24 hours as the earbuds never charged in the self charging case and died everytime I tried to use them.

    These earbuds are garbage. The sound quality is subpar, the case they are in is fully charged, but my earbuds for some reason are never 100% charged they are only charged between 40% and 60% . I can never update that garbage app it always says electricity demand is above 50%. I freaking hate these things, they’re going in the trash. I’ll just get Beats or Skull Candy instead.

    Piece of junk. Had them I little over a month and the right earbud battery stopped holding a charge. Outside the return window so I am out the money

    Gets 1 star bc cant give it less. I bought other headphones different model where great, bought these and the battery does so fast. Returned them for a refund. This is the secind pair that i have had problems with. Maybe the pair that are good i just got lucky. Also the piece that goes around the ear is hard llastic, makes for an uncomfortable headphone.

    These buds really hurt my ears after only a few minutes. Too big for my ear canal and too tight behind the ear.

    They keep disconnecting from my phone despite resetting and “forgetting” on Bluetooth multiple times

    Got these since my other in-ear headphone kept falling out. I was hoping that the hooks would solve this issue, and they did to a point. So here is the Good, Bad and Ugly of these. Good: sound (when using jlabs sound), light, case charging, attached charge cable (to a certain degree as it is short), wireless charging ability, and battery life. Bad: Putting in ear with out activating the "tap" controls. I will would be putting them in and would turn off the ANC, EQ and volume before fully getting it inserted. Since left and right can be used separately, it would drop and reconnect a lot during normal use (going back and forth between ears).Also I took right one out and it connected fine, However, when i decided to use the left, that one connected to my phone (which was first device it was set up with. So now I have audio in right and phone sounds in the left. I had to put them both can in the case and remove them at same time to get stereo audio again Ugly: Volume is really low when used on laptop. I had youtube at max volume, my laptop at max volume and headphones at max. Still it was about maybe 65-70% of normal levels. Biggest issue I have with them is how the fit in the case. The right headphone is on the left and the left headphone is on the right. Which makes it hard to just go to the right side and grab the right headphone quickly. Not to mention, the way they charge is weird. They will charge separately and not fully charge at same time. I used the right side and then placed it back in the case. Few hours later I removed them both and the app said with was 100%. About a hour later the right side announces the battery is low. So now I have to use them and then charge overnight to make sure I can get both to 100% battery. So yes they have good and bad points. I will but them for light use for gym or any other activity that might require both headphones, but not for one earbud use unless I plan on charging them overnight in fear I would lose a side suddenly.

    I had jlab audio headphones that failed after a few months of use at the point were the earpiece attached to the rubber ear surround. This is much thicker and feels more comfortable. Awesome noise canceling for small form factor earbuds. Amazing battery life. I use different headphones for different activities. I find these are excellent for most of them. I ride bicycles, work on cars and other activities that I use headphones for. These are by far the most versatile. With the exception of my full over the ear ones these are my go to Bluetooth. No long term wearing fatigue or discomfort. And 5h3 multiple ear tips make in ear canal fitment good. Also the battery life is stupid long with my Bluetooth from my phone. Just be warned these will stay connected to the device and stay in low power mode until needed. Very little battery drain.

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.     These are so bad! Just go with Bose, They wouldn't keep a charge and now the left earbud is completely DEAD! Absolutely terrible less than 3 months old and they're trash. I regret not getting the protection plan now it's just a loss. Lesson learned just stick with a good brand and don't go cheap

    These are not worth the money in my opinion. Too much noise gets in from outside the ears. I could barely hear what I was listening to in a restaurant. I will return them if I can find the box!
