Customers are saying
Customers enjoy the Epic Air Sport ANC True Wireless Earbuds for their top-notch sound quality, comfortable fit, and great battery life. The charging case with both wireless and USB charging is also appreciated. However, some customers have experienced occasional connection issues, dislike the touch controls, find the ANC a bit weak, and feel the highest volume is quite low.

Bluetooth keeps disconnecting
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones keep disconnecting. I've disconnected and deleted memory on Bluetooth and it still disconnects and reconnects. It makes listening to music really annoying especially when you get a good groove going. Sounds ok but I'm disappointed in the JBL brand.

Posted .Hi there, we are very sorry about the problems you've experienced with your earbuds. This is very unusual. You may find that the sound is better when you try different ear tips, give them a slight twist when placing in your ear, and switch between EQ settings. Earbuds will not hold a charge.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We gave these to our son for Christmas. They worked great up until 2 days ago when the earbuds themselves wouldn't charge. The case charged but the earbuds themselves won't charge anymore. Unfortunately we didn't buy a warranty on them.

Uncomfortable and poor battery
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did not like these headphones at all. The left earphone kept “popping out of my ear”. I couldn’t not conform the hook around the ears to fit my ears. The hooks were heavy and put pressure in my ear. The battery did not last as it was described.

Good sound, awkward controls
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The audio performance on these is middle of the road - just fine for working out, but you're not going to be impressed if you're looking for high-end sound. Definitely less bass than other true-wireless options out there. They're plenty comfortable, but stay away from the "cloud foam" ear tips if you're going to be wearing these while you sweat. You might as well put sponges on the tips. They will get soaked through, and you void the warranty if any moisture is introduced into the charging case. The charging case is conveniently able to be charged wirelessly, but instead of having a socket that can be used with a standard USB cable, it has a built in plug with an extremely short attachment that can only use a USB A socket. So unless you're going to set these down next to a computer or a charging brick, you're going to want to have a wireless charging pad. The buds have touch controls, but it's a single spot to do everything, so unless you're changing the volume, you need multiple taps on a specific side (changing the volume requires a single tap on a specific side). They are pretty sensitive too, so I was constantly bumping the volume up or down as I was toweling sweat from my head. The buds fit securely in the case and are easy to get in and out, and there's also good indication that they're charging. Overall, a pretty solid option with a few minor drawbacks.

Can't hear anything!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Voice works well but the listening is TERRIBLE. Can barely hear and cannot hear anything if not in a quiet place. Followed the instructions to turn up volume but that did not resolve the issue. Purchased 2 pairs (one for my wife); we will be returning both.

Finally found a pair that works for me
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.JLab Epic Air Sport ANC True Wireless Earbuds I’ve tried four different sets of earbuds that didn’t have the over-and-behind-the-ear feature of this JLab Epic Air Sport, and was frustrated by having them constantly fall out of my ears, While each of these other earbud sets that I tested had great sound, having them constantly fall out of my ears made them less than useful. And, during one of my daily beach walks, I actually lost the right earbud to one of my sets when it fell out of my ear without me realizing it. That loss made that earbud set useless. Now I feel that I’ve finally found the solution to my problems with this JLab Epic Air SportANC set. It’s exactly what I needed all along – an earbud set that goes securely over and behind my ears so that they won’t fall out as I go through my regular daily activities. This JLab EpicAir SportANC True Wireless set comes fully charged, so you can use the earbuds immediately. That’s a nice touch. Pairing to your device(s) is a snap. In addition to the pre-installed ear tips, it comes with five different size ear tip sets, so you should certainly be able to find one that’s a perfect fit for you. (The ones that came pre-installed proved to be the perfect fit for me.) The earbuds go on easily and are very comfortable, even if you wear glasses, as I do. And, as opposed to earbuds without the over-the-ear feature, they feel very secure. After you’ve paired the set to your device, you download the recommended Apple or Google app and follow the directions for installing the latest update. Once that’s completed, you’re in business and can experiment with the different options. The downloaded app lets you control a number of settings on your earphones, including Active Noise Control. You’ll definitely want to take some time to learn how to perform the various available functions (volume control, answer and hang up phone calls, control your music, etc.) These commands are issued by taps and presses you make on the right and left earbuds. The sound quality of this set is great for phone calls and the music sound is certainly more than adequate when compared to all but the most discriminating audiophile’s much more expensive set. And, unlike many others, this set allows you to use either the left or right bud alone for both music and phone calls. The battery life is outstanding. The earbuds provide 15 hours of Bluetooth connection and the custom storage and charging case, with its built-in USB connector cable, holds another 55 hours. In addition to the USB charging option, you can also place it on your wireless charger to keep it topped off. That means you get a total of up to 70 hours of use (depending on ANC setting), which is especially handy for those times when you aren’t able to recharge it conveniently. Bottom line: If, like me, you want the assurance of not having your earbuds constantly falling out, this JLab EpicAir SportANC True Wireless set is an excellent choice.

Unreliable overpriced garbage
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had these for 6 months now and have used them for an average of 3 hours a week. Today the right earbud stopped working. Low quality and overpriced IMO.
