Really uncomfortable, not that great to use and not the best sound

It hurts my ears after a while so I don’t recommend it

The sound is low and very hollow. Noise canceling is non-existent.

I just don’t understand they don’t work well very poor

Discomfort after 1hr wearing, says 15hr battery life per use but I haven't had more than 7hrs of use per session.....are mine defective? I even downloaded the app and tried turning off all the extra settings to see if I can prolong the battery life but no improvement.

Almost unusable at this point. Were really good when first purchased. Worked well with glasses. Now the case won't charge, the earbuds won't auto disconnect when put in case. Basically unusable at this point. DO NOT BUY

Sound quality is poor, returning for something better

Buyer beware do not purchase this item. It caused issues with ears. I had to take medication and it caused lots of hearing issues also.

This was the second pair, like the first, the Rt ear bud would go out then back on, this after 30 minutes. The second time I wore it, it went out and never came back on, even after charging, just like the first one. Don't waste you money and time.

Great headphones for everything only problem is battery doesn't last long over long months

These ear buds are very comfortable. I struggle with ear buds because my ears are small. Most of the time, typical earbuds will fall out and I have to cram them back into my ears which in turn makes my ears hurt. Instead of these depending on being inside your ears for stability, they wrap around your ears and the earbuds can rest comfortably inside your ears. No more pushing them back in constantly. I really like that. They also stay in well when I exercise. The sound quality is pretty good although I did notice sound cutting in and out from time to time. I think the connectivity could probably be the issue which isn't necessarily on them. I haven't had any complaints about the sound when a call comes in. People are able to hear me just fine. These earbuds use a tapping system to signal the earbuds to change music tracks, pause, play, and answer or ignore calls. I like this feature except its taken me a while to get used to it. I would encourage you to download their app. It has a few extra features that help with sound quality and personalization. Overall I'd say these are very nice earbuds.

I enjoy mobile tech, so I have several different earbuds from different manufacturers including some really high-end ones. These are very satisfying, and I think they're a great value for their price, especially when comparing them to sets in the hundreds of dollars. They are comfortable and feel secure. I think they got the geometry right; this hooks around my ear and the earbud rests right in my ear, and it stays put no matter how I shake my head and hop around. The key for using these, or any earbuds for that matter, is to test fit the different inserts. You gotta get the right fit that seals off your ear but won't pop out. JLab has a unique insert that's that spongy foam material, so it squishes down to fit then slowly expands to fit your ear, like earplugs. I like these the best and actually prefer them on other kinds of earbuds, too. With the right inserts, these sound nice, clean, and thumpy. The noise reduction is dramatically effective. It has 3 settings, on, off, or active. I'm not exactly sure what's the difference between on and active, but they both do a great job keeping out the noise. Unfortunately, they're so good that when I walk my dog, I have to turn off noise reduction so I can hear cars on the road. The controls are good, it's just that there's enough variation between the different kinds of earbuds I have that I keep having to refer to the cheat sheet. At least it's included! I feel pretty comfortable with using these in all weather conditions, since they can get wet and not get ruined, but don't wear them swimming or in the shower!! Water plays havoc with the controls. It's fine if they're splashed, it's not fine if they're submerged or have water running on them. The charging case is really handy. I haven't tried wireless charging yet, but the built-in reversible USB connector is very useful. One thing I don't like is that the charging case is solid black. That means I lose it easily. I still haven't been able to find my old JLab earphones. My desk is black, and I also lose it in my bag, drawers, etc. I marked it up with a silver marker to make it easier to locate. Isn't there some bluetooth functionality that can be used to locate them? Anyway -- highly recommended, especially for the price.

Returned the 1st pair because 1 earbud was not working. 2nd pair, same issue. I tried all the trouble shooting tips and I am very familiar with technology. It should not be this difficult to simply pair both buds. Returning

The ear piece won’t charge after only using 4 times . Trying to get the manufacturer to respond to a warranty claim , but haven’t heard from them & it’s been 4 days ! Sure could use some help with this matter !!!

Have had them for a month now. They were great but now my left headphone stopped charging and won’t work. So it lasts about a minute until it dies everytime leaving me with one working headphone. Do not buy!

The JLab Epic Air Sport ANC wireless earbuds feature a secure, comfortable fit, great battery life, good sound quality, convenient customizable controls, and just okay active noise cancelling. The earbuds are comfortable to wear, and stay in place while running or working out. Music, movies, and other media sound clear. On calls and videochats, people tell me that they can hear me well, too. Setup was quick and the touch controls are responsive and straight-forward. Each earbud can register a single tap, double tap, or triple tap. The companion app allows you to customize each action, to do things like control volume, advance track, activate your phone’s voice assistant, etc. It also allows you to customize the equalizer and noise cancellation modes. I just wish the active noise cancellation (ANC) was more effective. There’s definitely some reduction in sound in a noisy room or maybe a train, but on a recent flight, I could still hear a good deal of engine/background noise.

With our Samsung TV, you have to be within 3 or 4 feet away from the TV to stay bluetooth connected. For that reason, the poor review. It may be because of the Samsung TV, but most other bluetooth devices seem to work ok.
