    These are awful. I have tried the different earbuds hoping it wound improve the sound quality but it didn't. The software is awful it freezes and crashes. Look elsewhere

    From the moment I opened the box, only one earphone was working. And the app you're supposed to use, at least for Android, is horrendous.

    Can't get the ear upside to work :-( This is very upsetting. I have thrown away hard earned money on something that doesn't work! Not happy at all. Not recommending!

    Wireless earbuds are comfortable the problem was I had to return for the hours of battery charged is only 6

    Purchased when they were essentially 2 for 1. Quality was lacking. Couldn't get the right sound. Never opened second one and returned them both since so disappointed.

    These were rated very highly but I did not have a good experience with them. Difficult to set up and somewhat confusing to operate.

    It’s a piece of crap. Doesn’t work most of the time when it says it’s fully charged. The right side works and the left side doesn’t. I’m really disappointed.

    It was working great, but not charging any more today. I am so upset that I can not return it or replace it.

    Great Earbuds for Everything

    These are the best wireless earbuds I ever had. I have been using these for everything. I use these in the house, in the car, running errands and in the gym. The sound quality is excellent and the battery life is very good. They are also very light and comfortable. Comes with a nice case, wireless charging, all the bells and whistles. I have no cons to list.

    These earbuds are so incredible painful around your ear. They squeeze your ear. I have small ears for a woman, but these are sized for a small child.

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.     One side of the earbuds not working, no sound. Had an issue with syncing to the phone, bluetooth not recognizing the earbuds.

    Only one side of the earbuds was working. I exchanged it for a new jlab earbuds same problem. I finally decided to buy from another name brand.

    If I walk into another room, these disconnect from my laptop. Fortunately, they’re a back up pair. I’m disappointed with them.

    The Bluetooth would drop in and out while working out, gave up on it the third day. Frustration started to set in.
