Case doesn’t charge after less than one month. Even with a receipt Best Buy won’t exchange for a new pair. What a waste of money!

Pro: -Sounds good -Charging case has wireless and USB charging -App lets you customize functions and EQ -Battery life -Can be used individually -Auto pause sensors Con: -A bit bulky and loose fitting -Noise Cancelling made no difference -Be Aware mode has a loud hiss -No button to turn it off. Must have case or turn off Bluetooth -Sensors resets when reconnecting TLDR These have good sounds, and good battery life but not as long as they claimed. The fit is a bit loose and it feels bulky around my ears, but they stayed on while active. The noise canceling does nothing. If you need a pair that have the ear hooks then these are a good choice, otherwise go with the Epic Air ANC version. Sound The sound is quite good. By default is balanced and has a little bit of bass. It can be further adjusted to your liking by adjusting the EQ with the app. At about 80% volume the sound clarity starts to suffer. WIth the right size tip, a lot of the surrounding noises are blocked, which helps with the otherwise non-existent noise cancelling. Noise Cancelling/”Be Aware” The noise cancelling, unfortunately, does nothing. Really the only form of noise blocking comes from the tight seal from the silicone tips. Be Aware mode increases the level of outside noise that can be heard. It works, but it also has a hiss that can be loud and annoying. At times it’s louder than the outside noise. Fit/Comfort Even with the plastic ear hooks, these seem loose. The hooks are too big for me so only the back part touches my ears. They don’t fall out but they don’t feel snug either. And since they’re big, they feel bulky especially when wearing glasses. Function Each earbud has a touch button that can be customized, but sometimes it will either be accidentally activated or not registered. Each side can be used individually, which is nice. These have auto sensors that will play/pause whenever one earbud is away from the ear, which can be disabled in the app. The most annoying thing for me was that there’s no way to turn them off unless you either put them back in the charging case, or turn off bluetooth on your phone and wait a few minutes. I don’t always have the case with me and it’s annoying to have to disable my bluetooth each time I want to turn them off. Charge and Battery Life The charging case is a bit big, but it has a short USB tucked in, and can also be charged wirelessly. The battery life is good. It claims 15+ hours per charge, but I got about 7-8 hours straight with ANC on and off with max volume. The case can provide another 3 charges, which should give you at least another 25 hours, even though they claim 50+ hours. App The app lets you adjust the noise cancelation and Be Aware amount. It also allows adjustment of up to four EQ settings. Touch functions can be reassigned to fit your needs. The auto sensors can be turned off as well, but there’s an issue that it resets every time the app is closed or the earbuds are disconnected. I have to restart the app and toggle the sensor on and off to make it work.

These sport type earbuds have the over the ear design which fit nicely and did not hurt my head while jogging. I also wear glasses so I have found other earbuds with over the ear hooks were painful, but JLAB got it right. Pairing was simple and quick whether with TV, laptop or cell phone. Sound was excellent, not muffled and had nice bass notes. These buds have a “movie mode” so that dialog matches up with what you see. This feature I had not seen before and it worked! Phone controls were also well designed for ease of use. You can control these and more functions from the cell phone app (Jlab Air ANC app), so I would recommend installing it. Several sets of ear foam are provided. The charging case was really one of the best I’ve ever seen, very easy to remove and return the buds to the case. These earbuds overall are great and I do recommend them.

Worked well for about the first 6 months, than stopped taking a charge. Spend more and get better quality.

I am UNhappy with this product, one earbud is no longer working after less than 5 months of use.

Had to return due to the part that goes over the ear doesn’t adjust. I have very small ears, so these didn’t work for me

I returned this item because this type of ear phone is not for me.

Only 20 days in and one of the sides don’t work anymore and the store told me I couldn’t chenage them or return them

Could not pair the left earbud to the right earbud, frustrating. Stick to apple products if you have a iPhone.

I expected better based on the reviews. The sound is not that good so I'm returning them.

There is a phenomenon in which the music is cut off during use of this object. So I can't use it.

Don't believe the 15 hour life. That is nowhere near correct. Maybe 2 hours at best.

One side kept turning off and the sound quality isn’t there for $99 yikes ide rather buy the airpods

These headphones' inability to stay connected via bluetooth was just too annoying to keep them.
