Customers enjoy the Epic Air Sport ANC True Wireless Earbuds for their top-notch sound quality, comfortable fit, and great battery life. The charging case with both wireless and USB charging is also appreciated. However, some customers have experienced occasional connection issues, dislike the touch controls, find the ANC a bit weak, and feel the highest volume is quite low.

Feature rich, average sounding buds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great features and great options but lacking in the sound department. Even with the JLab Air app installed to allow for more tweaking of the sounds, these just don't quite get the job done, even with trying the tips that are the "right fit". This is unfortunate because these do a lot of things right. Another odd thing for me is how they are located in the case. Opening up the case, me personally, instinctively put the one on the right in the right ear and the one on the left in the left ear. Not these, maybe I'm a moron and can't tell just by looking at them which ear they need to be in. Since when did they stop putting the L or R marking on the headphones or at least on the case? These have neither, that I can find. If I've missed it, my apologies to JLab. The case is huge which I understand needs to be to fit all that goodness in. These have the old school USB A, yep A charging cable along with a wireless charging option. I would think that USB C would be a better option, obviously JLab knows better. Features galore including ANC (active noise cancelling), IP66 sweatproof, claimed playtime of 70+ hours total (55+ hours in charging case and 15+ hours from earbuds). Movie mode, a low latency option to reduce audio lag so voices match up. 3x gel tips, 2x extra long and 1x cloud foam medium size tip. The right or left ear bud can be used independently for music or calls. Only one Bluetooth device can be connected at at time though. For all the good with these, there is just as much bad about them. The sound quality (for me) just isn't up to par with the features. The no labeling and location in the case is another thing that turns me off to these buds.

Best earbuds I've had so far
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far I've owned 2 different J Labs, the Skullcandy Active Push, and my last were the Beats Studio Buds. These are the best overall. The only problem is that the battery life falls slightly short to the others and the app doesn't work. These have no connection issues, the pass through mode sounds natural compared to the others, they fit better, the price is better, and calls are always clear.

Sports earbuds with awesome features
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I see this Epic Air Sport ANC True Wireless earbuds as the sports model of the JLab wireless earbuds. These are equally comfortable and comes with similar 6 sets of tips for perfect fit. The earhooks keep the earbuds secured and in place, especially if you like to run or do extensive workouts. You also need the JLab Air ANC app for controls customization. The case can be charged wirelessly or using the built-in USB-A cable. These earbuds are sweat and water resistant, IP66 rated. The wear detect works well where it pauses music when you remove the earbuds from your ear. The best part about these earbuds are battery life. I was able to use it for few hours a day for a week without needing to charge the case. It is rated to last 15+ hours per charge while the case provides additional 55+ hours of usage. It is almost double that of the non-sport earbuds version. The ANC on these earbuds seem to be better than the non-sport version as well. If you are looking for earbuds with all the features for under $100, then definitely put this one on your list.

An average option for earbuds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am rather picky with the earbuds I choose, and I actually ended up trying out 9 different earbuds before settling on one. I'm not reviewing all the nitty gritty fancy functions of all the buds, just the general functionality such as ear comfort, sound quality, call quality, noise cancelling, touchpad functionality, etc. The JLab Epic Air Sport ANC actually did an impressive job with the noise cancelling, considering that they are much cheaper than other buds with ANC. It wasn't perfect, but still good enough for me to consider it well done. The biggest problems with these for me were in ear comfort, and bluetooth connection. These buds were difficult to get over me ears, being stiff enough for me to have to finagle them on; that's annoying. They were also not very aesthetically pleasing; they fit weird and look weird, in my opinion. The sound quality was good, and all the functionalities are good. I also had a couple issues with connection. Sometimes it dropped in and out of bluetooth connection, so that's annoying too. Those issues were enough for picky me to return them. However, if you just want a generally good earbud that definitely stays in your ears, and sounds good enough, then these are a great option for you. I also tried out 8 other pair of earbuds: Samsung Galaxy Buds Live, Sony WF-1000XM3, Sony WF-SP800N, Bose Sport Earbuds, Jabra Elite 75t, Powerbeats Pro, LG TONE Free HBS-FN4, and Anker Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro. I ultimately chose the Sony WF-SP800N earbuds, they are amazing. I reviewed all the other ones on the BestBuy website, so you can look at my review for those too.

Great sport earbuds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Here are the main things I like about these earbuds: The ear clips on the back work really well to hold these in place while working out or doing other activities. The sound they produce is on par with this price point. The included foam earbuds in the box are an AWESOME bonus, which normally I purchase separately for all my earbuds. The fact I don’t have to go aftermarket and instead have them included in the box is just really appreciated. JLab didn’t have to do this, but they did… Bravo. The carrying case is of a good size, weight, and battery capacity. The built-in charging cable is a brilliant choice. The way the cable is managed is pretty slick too. I don’t really have any cons for these earbuds as I feel they are priced where they should be and come with more features/extras than they needed. These are a fantastic alternative to the Beats version of these. At $99, they are a solid unit.

Really good sound for a great price!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbuds feature wireless charging or charging via the built-in USB connector. They work with both Android and Apple Smart Assistants and have up to 70+ hours of playtime. Each earbud can play for about 15 hours and there is another 55 hours stated charging available in the case. There's a 3 level noise control feature, and a wear detect sensor that will pause the playback when you remove them from your ear. There's also a Movie Mode feature that reduces the latency when watching movies so the sound syncs more closely with the screen. Everything is controllable directly from the earbuds, or through a well designed IOS or Android app. They include 3 standard gel tips and 2 extra long tips and a set of Cloud Foam tips.

Excellent purpose-built earbuds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The noise canceling works very good and after you figure out what size your ear is using the included gel caps, the effect is pretty great and up there with the best. The battery life on these things is incredible! 15 hours rated, I got around 14 hours of use before they needed a charge. This is likely because they are able to detect when they're being worn and shutdown when they're not. The charger case houses a battery that will give you a whopping 50 extra hours! I never have liked over the ear hangers but I feel that they're necessary to keep the buds in place when you're active and honestly they're not that intrusive. Of course these being active sport buds they are IP66 waterproof.

Worked Great, just too large for my small ears
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these and loved that you could charge them wirelessly, but had a problem with comfort. My ears are very small and these became cumbersome and uncomfortable. They worked great and charge last long, just didn't work for me. I do recommend them and they were a great price!

Great set of sports earbuds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are probably the best set of sports earbuds that I have tried. Not only are they secure they are very comfortable as well. Once you get the correct tips the sound quality is on par with just about any earbuds on the market. I can say after sometime of use the only knock I can give is that the battery life is not quite as long as advertised. That being said I was able to consistently get 7 + hrs per charge which is honestly more time in my ears than I want any earbuds. Easy of connection greatly depends on what you connecting to however after the first connection they reconnected without intervention every time.

Troubleshooting doesn't work.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this pair for about 2 or 3 weeks. Worked well to start...I have google assistant turned off on my phone, but I accidentally turned in on with the ear bud settings. Since that time, only one ear bud will connect. I have gone through the troubleshooting, and that did not resolve the issue. This is the second pair on which this occurred (the other was well used, so I thought it was EOL). That is the biggest issue, but I also have smaller ears and it was not easy to get this product to fit easily. But when working and when on, I did like the product. Yet, I will not purchase in the future.

Great!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are great. I'm so glad I found ear buds that go over the ear and not just inside. I use these while using power saws for work and love the noise cancelling, but also when on Zoom meetings. They never get uncomfortable even when wearing them for hours. The sound is awesome, too. Highly recommended.

Good features for a good price
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The JLAB Epic Air Sport ANC True Wireless earbuds combine a decent amount of features for a good price. The JLAB app comes with some pretty cool features such as EQ, noise cancel settings and be aware. I had no problems when working out or doing anything active where a normal pair of earbuds might fall out of my ears. They fit snug and have a good battery life. They come with several sizes of cushions that will accommodate pretty much any sized ear. I settled on the blue ones that seems to be like memory foam and fit tightly in my ears. The Be Aware feature is much like other earbuds where you can hear your surroundings, only with be aware the sounds seem to be amplified more than normal, which is really cool. A few cons or things to think about: The sound on these don't quite reach the level of other more expensive earbuds but they're still not cheapo earbuds. The eq helped get the sound in a much better spot. The earpiece that rests on top of your ear can become tight feeling and uncomfortable after awhile, but it definitely helps to keep them from falling out of your ears. I like these, as I'm doing more and more things that require me to sweat, I'll be using them.

Simple but effective
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I enjoyed how simple it was to pair these headphones with my Apple Watch Series 5. They are comfortable to wear and offer a decent sound while out for a jog. The charging case includes an integrated cable which is a fantastic design choice - one less cable to worry about packing.

Great Features, Great Sound, Great Price!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Context: I've tried a lot of wireless headphone at this point and have some relatively strong opinions: - Truly wireless headphones without hooks are useless for sports! The JLab Audio - Epic Air Sport ANC True Wireless Earbuds have that covered from the get go- the earbuds themselves are light and comfortable and the hooks serve to keep them put- even when hitting the gym or going for a run (the downfall of more than one pair of earbuds/headphones I've tried) - Many of the "sport" truly wireless headphones sound OK and are reasonably comfortable, but they're huge and just look weird. Again, the JLab Audio - Epic Air Sport ANC True Wireless Earbuds deliver! They really are pretty much earbuds with a hook attached - Accompanying apps are a nice touch, but only if they actually add to the experience of using the headphones- the JLab app allows you to control the ANC levels, adjust the equalizer settings, customize the button functions Other items that set the JLab Audio - Epic Air Sport ANC True Wireless Earbuds apart: - the auto play/auto pause functions of many new wireless earbuds is OK, but the option to turn that off is something that I've often wished for- I can do that in the JLab app! - not all earbuds allow use of the left & right earbuds separately- the JLab Audio - Epic Air Sport ANC True Wireless Earbuds do! - the ability to fine-tune the ANC functions and the "Be Aware" functions really work (trust me, I tried it for so long and was having such a fun time testing, my family finally felt there needed to be an "intervention" to figure out why I was sitting at my desk obliviously and incessantly snapping my fingers next to my ears). All this at a very competitive price? Yes, please!

Good on Music, not on Calls
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The functionality is great! Fits good right around my ears. Not adjustable though, so it may not fit everyone. Doesn't move while jogging and music is clear. What's NOT clear are the phonecalls. If you're not in a soundproof studio booth or the library, the "sensitive" mic with pick up every sound around you over your own voice. Do Not use these headphones if your sole purpose is to have a hands-free phone option.

Gym Headphones!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using these at the gym and they are phenomenal! They have a deep rich sound and I can get through several gym sessions without recharging them! The loop around my ear keeps them in place for any workout, and the noise cancelling definitely improves the listening experience. These are even waterproof so I don't have to worry about sweat ruining them over time! If you are looking for an affordable setup for working out look no further.

Great earbuds, comfortable with excellent sound!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great earbuds! Very comfortable with excellent sound quality. I cannot use Apple iPods or anything else sticking in my ear due to the ear structure. This is my second pair, first one I gave to my friend, he is a truck driver. I gave it to him to try, he likes them and decided to keep.

Tried to like these
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried to like these and give them a shot, but in the end I can’t give them more than an average rating. The main problems I’ve had with them is the ANC status and equalizer settings resetting each time I put them back in the charging case - once I take them out to use them the next time it seems the ANC is at a different setting from the previous use, as is the equalizer. On top of that, having to use taps on the sides of the buds to change settings is a frustrating experience to say the least. And, yes, I had made sure that the firmware was updated prior to using these for the first time.
