    I generally have issues finding products headphones that fit my ear canals properly. These were the perfect solution. They dont fall out and sound great.

    Very lightweight almost forgot I had them on multiple times. Great battery life, not too sensitive to touch. Not to loud but can cancel outside noise.

    Sound quality is pretty good. They are not load enough if in load environments. They also mess up a lot. They randomly turn off then come back on. They loose Bluetooth Signal, and when you enter or exit be aware mode they often mess up and you have to reconnect.

      Hi there, please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together.

      1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case

      2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device and turn Bluetooth off

      3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 7x quickly, one at a time

      4. Remove both earbuds from the case. One should blink blue and white, the other a solid white.

      6. Turn Bluetooth on, and pair them to your device.

    I love my JLab earbuds. They fit very nicely in my ear without the fear of loosing them. The sound is awesome, and I love the heavy duty case it doesn't get lost in my purse.

    I love them, the sound is like a stereo and if I leave them somewhere I am able to find them though find my devices. The only thing is I got my spouse the same ones and they pair together.

    Main update of this pair compared to last year’s Jlab Epic earphones is that this year’s model is noise cancelling. The other main difference is the case is smaller and the frame behind the ear is thinner. The final main update for this headset, and this is a huge one, is that you can now use it with just one ear piece in your ear similar to the popular competitor from Apple/Beats. Overall very happy with these headsets at a fraction of the cost of their competitors and a nice upgrade from previous years.

    Despite the name, cannot handle sports

    They were working great for about two weeks. I was wearing them at the gym yesterday (these are supposedly a SPORT model after all) and I started running into major issues. Every few seconds, it would skip to the next video. I thought it might have been YouTube, so I tried sound cloud. It would do the same thing on there. The next day (when I am writing this review), I am still having the same issues, plus new ones! You are supposed to be able to control the volume by tapping the touch sensor on the ear buds. Right for up, left for down. No matter how many times I tap the right ear bud, nothing happens. If I tap the left ear bud multiple times, it brings up the Google Assistant, but it will not adjust the volume. I tried to reach out to the support chat, but it is a lie. There is no live support chat, they just tell you they will email you when they get to it. They did respond fairly quickly and are willing issue a replacement device (sort of), but I have to send it proof of destruction. Now, for anyone curious, I was doing any sort of contact exercise. I was on a treadmill.

    Near constant connection loss

    Near constant signal loss between device and right side earbud--and sometimes left. Also, totally drops bluetooth connection requiring recycling device during activities. Updated to most current firmware. Seems particularly sensitive to sweat but not sure that's the issue. I doubt the moisture rating on these earbuds. I purchased these as an upgrade from the Air Sports but the Air Sports work much better. Also, the controls on the Epic Airs are clunky in comparison to the Air Sports. I like the fit better of the Epics and the ANC is niece when they're not cutting out, but otherwise I can't see an advantage over the Air Sports. I contacted JLab and they responded that they would send an unspecified code of unspecified value....as long as I sent them a photo of my destroyed device. In other words, all of us customers are fraudsters attempting to pull one over on JLab by scamming them on $50 earbuds.... On principle, I declined to smash my earbuds with a sledge hammer. Either stand behind your products or don't.

    I was excited to receive these earbuds, after reading so many good reviews about them, and, they are feature packed buds for a budget price. However, it soon became apparent as to why these are "budget priced" The BT connection was pretty erratic, sometimes dropping, distance wasnt as long as I expected from a device with BT 5.0. The sound was very tinny, before I adjusted the EQ; once adjusted, and after trying several different earbuds, it was better, but not alot better. Wireless charging is always a welcome feature, but the weird, super short usb cable that is built into the case is pretty worthless. only being a couple inches long.. Calls were pretty poor, although the people on the other end said it was ok, the sound in my ear was not what I expected. Yes, I did all the firmware updates, which supposedly helped the call quality, but its still not the type of setup I would use to make calls all day with. I like how secure they stay in your ear, with the built in earhooks, but, there was a sharp pain in my left ear after only 15 minutes of use. I would hope with multiple firmware updates some of these things would get better, but for now, I dont plan on making them one of my top choices for BT headsets.

    Headphones constantly pause the music if I move my head too fast, can’t ever wear them in the cold if you wear a hood or hat, the touch censor is so sensitive it changes music and pauses non stop. The most annoying thing about these is there is no off button, you put them in the charging case to turn them off and some how they turn themselves back on it the case while my Bluetooth is connect to the stereo in my car and switches it back and forth to the headphones and so I have to disconnect them and repair them every time this happens. And a lot of times randomly one headphone disconnects from my phone while playing music, then have to put them back in the case and reboot and turn back on. The most annoying earbuds I have ever bought. The sound is actually good but so much of the other features make them absolute waste of money and insanely irritating

    Bought these for my son yesterday for an early Christmas present. Thought these would be better for him than the Apple AirPods because he's a UPS worker. As soon as he picked them up last night he called me and was very excited about them. He could hear me perfect, but all I could hear was fuzzy noise as if he was driving with all of the windows down, but he was sitting in the car with all of his windows up. I spoke to him again this morning to see if they worked themselves out, but it is still the same. He spoke into a voice memo and heard was I was talking about. He said they feel good around his ears and in his ears. I gave this a 2 star for now. I found the number from another review for customer service and hopefully they'll be able to correct this issue.

    Great product. I’m very happy with this purchase. I bought this to replace my wireless Bluetooth earbuds that failed after many hours of use. I tried another brand initially but these kept falling out of my ears when working out - even during yoga! So I knew I needed something with the earloop feature. I’m very happy with this product. No issues with them falling off / out even with high intensity workouts.

    They don't fit in all that well in my ears, the sound is pretty good for the limited seal I can get even with the biggest eartips available. (maybe my ear canals are freakishly big. The noise canceling isn't decent it stil lets in voices and music, so I can't say these would be all that great in a workout environment. The touch functions are absolute trash, I turned off the touch features but songs still skip when my hand brushes up against them because of the poor fit. The app it self.....not good. All in all.........not even worth $30.

    Very disappointed! Good concept, weak performance

    I've had these for a month and really want to like them but I just can't. While out walking, they will occasionally pause for no reason. I called JLab and thought I had the solution but it didn't work. The fix required a setting on my phone app but it resets every time. And now the app isn't working at all - closes after about 5 seconds. I've contacted JLab in person twice and tried sending an email the 3rd time - no response to the email! I did give 2 stars because the earbuds are very comfortable and have good features. The software just isn't keeping up with the hardware. Very disappointed!!! Too much money for a "fair" product.

    Wireless connection has issues

    I usually give five stars in reviews as long as the product functions as it should, however these earbuds suffer in their wireless connection. I am using these on the iPhone SE(2nd gen) and they constantly pause music/podcasts, but do not disconnect from the phone. This becomes really annoying if you are hiking, mowing the lawn, or doing any other activities since you have to constantly either press play on the earbuds or on the phone. The disconnection seems to occurs when you do an irregular movement. For example, if you are running and make a sharp turn, if you have had your hand in your pocket and take it out, if you turn your head, if you put your phone in a different pocket. Otherwise, the sound is average, the noise cancelling is really great, the fact that you can customize the buttons is really great, they are comfortable if you are not wearing glasses(some glasses are fine). The app also crashes often. This could be fixed in updates though. The wireless charging has some issues. Overall, the wireless aspect is the most important feature of these earbuds and since that does not operate properly, I am giving these a 1 star. Note, the problems I described, could just be a rare occurrence in this product.
