Customers are saying
Customers enjoy the Epic Air Sport ANC True Wireless Earbuds for their top-notch sound quality, comfortable fit, and great battery life. The charging case with both wireless and USB charging is also appreciated. However, some customers have experienced occasional connection issues, dislike the touch controls, find the ANC a bit weak, and feel the highest volume is quite low.

Sun vs Shade Issue which Cuts Out the Sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First use January 2nd 2022. The Problem is: The Sun and the Shade Transition cutting out the sound. Wearing them outside on a sunny day, just fixing stuff around the house. Bluetooth kept cutting in and out. So I Updated firmware (2 updates required). Turned ear buds off then on then Fully charged. Went back outside on my sunny day and kept working around the house. I was going in and out of the sunlight and each time I did the ear buds would momentarily cut out! I was like huh? Like 50 times. My Phone/Bluetooth connection was in my pocket and I wasn't tearing around. I noticed: just going in and out of the sun and shade and if I was angled just Right/wrong direction and the earbud(s) were facing the sun/shade in the right direction, bam, they would cut out. I tested just staying in the shade and they were perfect. Jumped around and spun, A-Okay. However staying in the sun they had issues turning my head either away or towards the light, let alone the transition from direct light then into the shade. Cut out every time. I went over this process probably 10 times and finally took them back. Pretty much an unacceptable product and the $100 price tag is definitely not okay. Sound was average. Fitment was average. Fair rating because maybe people who are not going into and out of the sun/shade a lot may find them acceptable. Not I. And I like JLab stuff, this just failed for me.

Most irritating earbuds I have ever used.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the most irritating earphones I have ever used. I bought them at best buy(didn't have an account that's why it's not verified) at around $50. I have used them for more than 6 months, and today I decided to finally write a review. The audio quality is good, the battery is decent, but my god are the touch sensors bad. The touch sensors don't detect the number of touches half of the time, also if you wear a hoodie, expect your hoodie to activate the touch sensors. Wiping the sweat off your forehead with your shoulder? Touch sensors activate! Sweat sometimes activates the touch sensors. Air activates the touch sensors. EVERYTHING activates the touch sensors. This is the most irritating thing ever, if you don't mind your eardbuds randomly pausing/changing your music go for them. The application is also the worst app I have ever used. It resets your preferences randomly and sometimes the earphones don't even get updated with the preferences you set in the app. Finally, they have an auto play/pause sensor functionality which is absolutely useless it will randomly pause your music with movement, it does not work.

Disappointed in quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very comfortable and great at the gym. I owned for maybe 2 years and then one ear bud would not turn on anymore. I tried charging, turning on/off , disconnecting/reconnecting my bluetooth. Just wont work. For the price tag I expected more.

Very weak worthless noise cancellation-
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decent sound and Some nice features with the charging box, app, and controls but the noise cancellation is weak, worthless.... I can barely tell any difference. Very disappointed, as that was the whole reason I sprung for the extra money. Not much bass and overall thinner-sounding than I'd hoped.

Not For Small Ears!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a pair of earbuds which were capable of transmitting through walls and these definitely fit the bill for that. My phone stays around 15 feet away through walls and they do not lose connection! However I am incapable of wearing them for longer than 5-10 minutes as they are extremely painful for my small ears. Thus my dilemma in my rating. If you have average size to larger ear canals I highly recommend these but, if like myself, your ears are on the smaller size I do not recommend them at all. Also the touch sensors are not user friendly at all. It took me tapping on them to pause music several times before it would acknowledge the double tap. They just kept increasing the volume or trying to connect me to google instead. So I will leave a 2 star rating as they are good quality, but not worth the price when the tap function isn't usable or if you're going to be in pain from wearing them.

Posted .Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits. Then, when placing the buds in your ear give them a slight twist away from your face. If this doesn't help, please reach out to our customer support team to assist you. -JLab Audio

Terrible quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these headphones on sale and quickly learned that they are of terrible quality. The initial pair I purchased started making a weird sound when the ANC feature was turned on. I figured it was a minor defect because the headphones had been working perfectly for about two weeks up until that point. I proceeded to exchange the headphones for another exact pair. Two weeks later, the replacement headphones also started malfunctioning however this time the right headphone stopped working altogether. Despite troubleshooting efforts, the right headphone simply never worked again. As you can imagine, I returned the headphones for a full refund. These headphones don't seem to last any longer than two weeks.

IR wear detect sensor does not work properly
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The wear detect sensor pauses the music when you move around even when the earphones are well seated on your head. I checked the app and mine are up to date and when I am seated and put the headphones in and take them out they pause and resume fine. The problem is when you put them in and go for a walk or run they will pause and play at will depending on your movement. I am not talking about jumping up and down here just walking. SO for me they are total garbage. This is a design flaw. Otherwise they work great! Stupid feature that does not function reliably.

Maybe i got a lemon, but here's my experience.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used these once for a short run. After my run was over, i was not sweating, and for some reason they started a high pitch squeal at a super high volume (much louder than my music) it didn't cut off when i paused my music. I pulled them out of my ears put them back in the case and took the back to best buy the next day. Sound quality is just ok for the price even after messing around with the settings. Not premium, but nothing to complain about. The app wants your GPS location everytime you use it which is very annoying and unnecessary.

Can't use independently
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You can't access all the functions with just one bud in. Very sad because I liked the sound of them. ANC works great. My only complaint is having to have both in.

Terrible especially for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible. I purchased these based on all the good reviews which at this point, I don’t understand as there are numerous negatives about these. First and foremost, the sound is terrible. The EQ does nothing but adjust sound from bad to worse and not loud enough even when wearing the foam earpieces and adjust the noise canceling settings I can still hear conversations of others 12 feet away from me at the gym. Hurts my ears and very uncomfortable despite the several sets of ear pads. The controls are very finicky and cumbersome. The app is also almost useless as it abruptly shuts down most of the time before you can adjust any settings even after deleting and reinstalling. I have $20 earbuds that sound and work better than these. After trying to make these better for over a week, I am returning today hopefully BB will accept the return because I had to shred apart the box to get the product out. Terrible earbuds, especially for the price.

About that bass...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did not like these earbuds. I'm comparing them to the Apple Airpods and a set of Plantronics sport earbuds (can't remember model). The sound was tinny. I couldn't hear any bass.

A Hassle to Use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These wireless earbuds are terrible to use and very frustrating. I wanted to be able to use them while I walk around town or just around my apartment while doing chores, but they keep pausing my audio sporadically. I even turned off auto play/pause and it still happened. Like others I have had issues where one earbud simply won’t charge after being left in the case overnight, leaving me with one earbud at 100% and the other at 5%. I can’t recommend these to anyone for any reason.

JLab Engineers Need Some Guidance
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to like these but I bought them specially because like are suppose to be noise canceling earbuds. It is not that they perform badly, it is that the noise canceling function does not work at all. JLab knows this but is advertising them as noise canceling anyway. Why is that?
