    I don't know how it doesn't even have a Negative I just bought them and they disappointed me, their application is crap I try to activate the Cancellation noise and it doesn't activate, they sound horrible without bass.

    If I could give less then one star I would got one use out of them before the left earbud stopped working. Its a pretty big red flag when the instructions tell you to fiddle with the left ear bud cause it may stop working.

      Hi there, JLab says to not mess with the left earbud in the instructions. If your earbuds become unsynced or have issue you can use the tap instructions to re-sync them from the manual. All products come with a 2-year warranty so feel free to reach out to us directly. -JLab jlabaudio-conv

    Stopped charging after a few weeks.

    I really liked these at first because they're light and stay in my ears. However, they stopped charging after a few weeks of use. I can't use them anymore!! Almost brand new!
