I bought these for their noise cancelling function while working in my shop! Music quality, battery life and connection are outstanding! However the ANC does not work in MY application well...has something to do with the shopvac and the palm sander...its just can't handle it and cuts in and out! I didn't return them because they were a great deal and work well outside the shop!!

Very high quality sound, amd i live all the touch features. Only complaint is that sometime it takes a few times of trying to pause them. Overall they are very good for active people and would recommend them.

these things are awesome, I have put them through the wringer and they keep going. the charging case is one of the best attributes. the only reason it is four stars the Bluetooth connection is not the best at times

Decent sound quality for the price, and the sound REALLY improved after running the JLAB burn-in tool app (different from JLAB ANC control app) for a few hours. Six choices of ear tips to fit different ears, and fit is KEY to getting best sound from any earbud. Easy BT pairing. Ear hooks are SOLID during the hardest exercise. Tap function takes a bit of practice but works well. Phone mic works well. Be Aware function good idea, but only makes a modest difference in practice. GREAT battery life. JLAB ANC app provides a lot of customization, including setting personal EQ setting(s). JB Signature is best stock EQ choice.

Good product as fat as fitting and secure in the ear. Sound quality is great. The touch sensitivity does not always work the best, to answer a call sometimes you have to touch it a few times to get it to answer the call. Also, randomly every few days it will start playing music from my device unprompted.

Work pretty well, good sound quality. Hard to remember all the different controls by tapping, etc. Had to use the smallest soft covers it came with for the part that goes in my ear in order to feel like they are secure.

I really like these earbuds. I'm not the most technical person, so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to figure out how to use the earbuds or the app, but it was very easy. The sound is very good. They fit comfortable in my ear and around my ear. It's easy to control the volume and answer a phone call while out walking without having to take my phone out of my pocket. I do hear background noise, but that's by choice. I like to be able to hear people and cars coming up behind my when I'm walking outside, but I'm pretty sure there's a way to eliminate the background noise if you don't want to hear it.

They're good for when you are in motion such as exercising. I have other ear buds with better sound. Volume is another matter as I set it on highest and the volume is OK. There is no way I can set my other ear buds on high and listen. However, for running and the like, they fit the ear well, don't fall off and there is an app for customizing setting.

The headphones themselves are great, as well as the be aware and active noice canceling. My only one issue is if you hold the headphones down, or even have a hat over them sometimes they’ll turn off. As well as just disconnect randomly from time to time, or cut in and out. The sound quality is amazing though and would still recommend them to a friend.

Love it so far. Sound is great - music and call. Comfortable, even with glasses, battery is great. No issues with pairing or connectivity with android phone.

I like the sound but for the price they deliver pretty good. However they bite off a bit more then they can deliver. The be aware function works but the mic cuts out sometimes. The app seems easy to use but it never updated the ear buds it is just in a state of 0%. With that said for the price they are good and the battery and case make it worth it.

Very good quality and sound, we bought 2 sets for my wife and I. They hold a charge that will last for the work day and and comfortable to use for long periods.

Great sound and with the ear hooks they actually stay in your ears! There is a setting for bass boost which really kicks up the sound quality if you like bass.

good sound even over the sound of a lawn-mover and a weed wacker. really only downside is not to fumble them and drop them as u put them in the case. fit well over the ears, I think the noise cancelling helps, but wouldn't say its the best comparing to other headphones, namely ones that cover the ears completely.

Nice sounds and great battery life. Nice choice of ear pieces to fit my ears snug. The "tap" controls can be a little bit confusing and frustrating though.

These are really nice, battery life is as promised, I charged the case two days after receiving them, and the earbuds are always 100% and the case has not hit the half charge point yet, and that’s with near constant use. Have found by using one, it helps if you work in a noisy environment to minimize background noise when making phone calls, at least in my head. Have recommended them to many coworkers, and the price paid, got them on sale for half off, was too good to pass up, and since I have been using them, I would be willing to pay retail price for them.

Great sound, battery life and comfort. I use these for work and they stay put.
