these things are awesome, I have put them through the wringer and they keep going. the charging case is one of the best attributes. the only reason it is four stars the Bluetooth connection is not the best at times

I bought these after beats by Dre was a bust!! These work great while riding my road king without a windshield the noise blocking works amazing with the wind noise and blocks out loud pipes some. The be aware function is easily turned on to hear noises and people talking if you need to tho any real loud noises makes them pop and cut out. I suppose to protect your hearing. Have had them a lil over a month and while listening to music they have only cut out twice for a split second like it lost connection but it happened so fast hardly had time to notice the hiccup. Could be a little louder while on the bike but with half helmet and no windshield I can easily hear my music so it does what I was hoping for. Sound quality could be better but there not Bose or a great sound system lol. For the money these cost while saving my hearing from wind and I can listen to music even while google maps is running make these great for what most of us bikers are looking for. Haven’t tried under a full face or 3/4 helmet as I don’t own one. With windshield on the ear buds are a bit louder with the less wind noise but work great both ways. Noise canceling works great if you have a rider you won’t hear them till your ready too.

I bought these for their noise cancelling function while working in my shop! Music quality, battery life and connection are outstanding! However the ANC does not work in MY application well...has something to do with the shopvac and the palm sander...its just can't handle it and cuts in and out! I didn't return them because they were a great deal and work well outside the shop!!

Very comfortable earbuds. They stay in your ear while working out. Sound is very good.

Great quality and easy to use. The best in a while , i love the fast charging and long lasting battery life with these head phones. They also have clear sound while using the Bluetooth speaker on call mode.

Decent sound quality for the price, and the sound REALLY improved after running the JLAB burn-in tool app (different from JLAB ANC control app) for a few hours. Six choices of ear tips to fit different ears, and fit is KEY to getting best sound from any earbud. Easy BT pairing. Ear hooks are SOLID during the hardest exercise. Tap function takes a bit of practice but works well. Phone mic works well. Be Aware function good idea, but only makes a modest difference in practice. GREAT battery life. JLAB ANC app provides a lot of customization, including setting personal EQ setting(s). JB Signature is best stock EQ choice.

Work pretty well, good sound quality. Hard to remember all the different controls by tapping, etc. Had to use the smallest soft covers it came with for the part that goes in my ear in order to feel like they are secure.

Good product as fat as fitting and secure in the ear. Sound quality is great. The touch sensitivity does not always work the best, to answer a call sometimes you have to touch it a few times to get it to answer the call. Also, randomly every few days it will start playing music from my device unprompted.

I really like these earbuds. I'm not the most technical person, so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to figure out how to use the earbuds or the app, but it was very easy. The sound is very good. They fit comfortable in my ear and around my ear. It's easy to control the volume and answer a phone call while out walking without having to take my phone out of my pocket. I do hear background noise, but that's by choice. I like to be able to hear people and cars coming up behind my when I'm walking outside, but I'm pretty sure there's a way to eliminate the background noise if you don't want to hear it.

Love it so far. Sound is great - music and call. Comfortable, even with glasses, battery is great. No issues with pairing or connectivity with android phone.

Very good quality and sound, we bought 2 sets for my wife and I. They hold a charge that will last for the work day and and comfortable to use for long periods.

They're good for when you are in motion such as exercising. I have other ear buds with better sound. Volume is another matter as I set it on highest and the volume is OK. There is no way I can set my other ear buds on high and listen. However, for running and the like, they fit the ear well, don't fall off and there is an app for customizing setting.

Great sound and with the ear hooks they actually stay in your ears! There is a setting for bass boost which really kicks up the sound quality if you like bass.

The headphones themselves are great, as well as the be aware and active noice canceling. My only one issue is if you hold the headphones down, or even have a hat over them sometimes they’ll turn off. As well as just disconnect randomly from time to time, or cut in and out. The sound quality is amazing though and would still recommend them to a friend.

I like the sound but for the price they deliver pretty good. However they bite off a bit more then they can deliver. The be aware function works but the mic cuts out sometimes. The app seems easy to use but it never updated the ear buds it is just in a state of 0%. With that said for the price they are good and the battery and case make it worth it.
