The variety of ear buds help to choose which one is right and to switch off once in a while. The connection is amazing through bluetooth.

The ear hooks just don't fit or work well

The bad: These just aren't going to fit most people well. As much as I wanted to have a more secure fit with the ear hooks, unless you have small or below-average sized ears these won't fit well enough to give you a "sound seal" despite trying every ear tip that came with the set. I find myself pushing them back into my ears every minute or two while riding a stationary bike - about every 30 seconds while riding an actual bike outdoors. I'm resigning myself to the fact that until manufacturers start making the ear hook moldable this style just isn't for everyone. Worse yet, I missed the return window so now I'm stuck with them. I need an in ear, no hook style earbud. Most of you do too.

I still Have good sound quality but the caller on the other end hears all the noise over my voice. the "be aware" function works really well especially if you want to hear better than you can whit just your ears
