Pretty great minus the fact that sound stop randomly. I guess if the sensors think it’s not in your ear it pauses the sound which is annoying to pull out the phone and correct each time. Also the charging feature is annoying when the dock can’t detect them and when you place them in it they’ll feed off each other because they’re close together and make a very sharp sound. You have to keep trying to place them on the dock until it reads them. But good all in all

Works great. Good audio. Holds charge a long time. Stays secure all the time. Only down side range is a little lacking of other wireless sets I’ve used in past.

I purchased these about a month ago I did my reviews for about 2 months on behind the ear headsets So I took a chance and got these over the beats pros I really enjoy them I like the app that comes with it Nice base very clear the noise reduction Works well I would recommend someone buying these

This product I definitely love. It's simple and easy to use. I can use one or two earpieces if I chose. I recommend one thou. It has 8 hours of talk time on each ear piece. I hear everything clearly and more if I chose to or I can use noise cancellation for unnecessary noises. Loving it........................

I bought the older version of these last year for $50 on a Black Friday Sale, and did the same this year - didn't realize these were a newer, BETTER UPGRADED version!!! I'm envious of them - bought as stocking stuffers for a handful of people, now I'm wondering if I should replace mine from last year...they're amazing.

All in all they work fine, clear sound, good volume. Somehow a little sensitive to touch that causes no disconnect one of the earbuds.

Not good - Went through 2 pairs with the same problem. Randomly cut out. About 20 mins after initial connection then again randomly. Contacted JLab Tech Support, did what they said to reset. Problem stillllll exists. Sound quality & features otherwise is great. Just not a fan of sound dropping. :-( **Would not buy**

Horrible, horrible thi only good thing about this product isthe battery life and the wireless charging other than that not worth an less you are going to be working in a quiet environment you will be able to hear the music, quality sound, not good if at least decent quality sound is what you’re looking for this is not the product for you, i’m sorry to sound so cruel about this this is just my experience with this product

Oh my word!!! I love them!!! I use them at the gym and I am in my own little world! I was driving and forgot I had them in my ear and my car sounded like a smart car- just a hmmm....I was like something is wrong with my car took off the ear buds and listened- I quickly put them back on- sounded so much better! Haha!!

The quality was amazing. These were also a gift for someone and they are still going strong and they are very pleased with them

These start out as wonderful. Great sound, nice design to the earbud, quality of the design. Getting used to the use, connecting and answering is tedious. Not simple like AirPods. Hard time pairing to different phones. The App never works properly... you can verify that with the review in the AppStore too. Which may be why there are a lot of connectivity issues. Then they eventually they do not hold a charge. I mean within a month. Could be a flaw in the design that the earbud contacts do not seem make solid contact with the charge pins to charge them fully. The Breakdown below doesn't really help describe the issues. The Quality of the earbud is excellent, the sound; when they work is excellent. I rated Quality overall.. Poor, due to what I stated above. The Value...based purely on the price I paid; over half off. All if this is probably why they are/were selling with huge discount at BestBuy.

My husband uses these daily for audio books, loves them. Originally got him Beats but they wouldn’t stay in his ears. These fit and sound great.

These headphones have been fantastic. I use these for exercising daily, whether I am at the gym, or getting a great outdoor run. These headphones provide great quality sound and the noise-canceling feature is amazing. I love the enhanced hearing feature, almost like having hearing aides turned on.

My husband and myself love these way better than the ones that hang around your neck. They actually stay in my ears. You can even block out background noise.

I liked these type of headphones they stay in your ears all day, the sound quality isnt the best but for the price its not bad. The custom equalizer is pretty neat too. If you were glasses these are not for you they can be annoying to wear with them.

I was looking for earbuds I could sleep in because I like to fall asleep to noise but my husband doesn’t. These work well. I usually only put one in and have no problem with it falling out or being uncomfortable while sleeping. The charge lasts longer then any of my other earbuds which is a super plus.

Very good product. Very clear and easy to use. Only drawback is my ears are a little sore after extended use.
