Sound quality and battery life are good but they were uncomfortable. Maybe better for other people without glasses.

Not the fanciest earbuds on the market, but these have a fantastic set of features for the price tag. I especially love the wireless charging case and the fact that you can use the mobile app to customize the functionality of the earbud’s buttons. Highly recommended!!

I would buy these again, they are certainly good enough and reliable enough for what I need. The sound quality isn't as good as the high end ear buds I imagine, but having never used high end ear buds I can't say for sure. I use these constantly for work Zoom meetings and occasionally people can't hear me unless I have both in, but that seems to be a rare issue. My options were limited to begin with because I needed an over-ear set and there aren't many on the market.

Bought these for daughter who wasted to be wire free. Work and sound great. Just a bit hard to get ear pieces over her ears and the buds seated for comfort.

Great sound. But the hook one the ears ro hold them hurt and I had to return. I was disappointed because the quality of the sound was so good.

Works great and never falls out! I sweat a lot when I'm working and do a lot of bending over and never losing it out of my ear(s)!

I was looking for a new pair of headphones that would be perfect to use while walking and these fit the bill. I use the cloud foam earpieces and absolutely adore them, even if the over the ear piece slips (I have small ears) the bud definitely stays in place!

Good sound and long battery life. They are a little stiff so get uncomfortable after a while but I wear them 6 hours at a time.

Impressed by fidelity and ability to mostly stay in my ears. Have not tried with my cell yet, but expect the usual issues of slow handshake. Cannot wait to try other JLab products.

I can only compare these with my Samsung Galaxy Pro earbuds. The sound quality isn't significantly different. At least not while moving around. If I'm sitting at home, I prefer my bigger headphone set. Earbuds are best for when you're mobile and that really makes the biggest difference in favor of this JLab set over the Galaxy Pro earbuds. The ear hooks work great and keep the buds in place without requiring you to try screwing them deep into your ear. I barely notice them while they're on and they've never fallen off, no matter what I'm doing. The small Galaxy Pro buds fall out super easy. I always turn off the touch sensors on them, because I usually have to push them back in again and touching them to do so, messes with whatever is playing. The case for these JLab buds is a little big, but I like the integrated USB cord.

Good audio quality and allows for independent ear bud use while one is charging in the case. Hold charge for quite some time as well

So far they are comfortable, voice is clear. I don't use both pieces at the same time, i only use one.

These earbuds are really good, I use them in the gym and when active outside. They can cut down on outside noise or make it so you can hear your surroundings.

They pack a lot of features in, but they lack in a few areas namely connectivity, comfort, and sound. Even after running updates my right earbud keeps dropping the signal, sometimes about every 15 seconds. Out of the box with medium tips (what I usually use) they make my ears really sore and are hard to leave in for more than an hour. Using the foam ear tips are a little bit more comfortable and do a good job of blocking outside noise by themselves but they change the sound and make them even more bass heavy, and get still get uncomfortable. The most comfortable tips for me are the medium deep, but they make the bass and treble stand out even more. The bass on these are terrible. They are way too over emphasized and bloated and sound more like a woof vs a solid hit. Trying to EQ them down in the app the EQ doesn't change anything below 200hz so no matter what you can't get rid of that nasty whoofy bass. Their "flat" sound brings the highs WAY up to try to balance that bass but it makes it sound terrible. Despite those issues though the mids are surprisingly good but that bass is so bad, they sound more like a $20 pair of earbuds. Maybe I'm spoiled by the samsung buds+ that I accidently put through the washer that these replaced but those don't have connectivity issues, are very comfortable, and sounds amazing.

These earbuds have clear sound quality. When you increase the volume while using the crisp and clear sound quality is really good. Although they fit over the ear once you put them on the sound makes you forget they are there. They also pair very well with my iPhone.

I really like them. they are comfortable and easy to wear without them falling off my ears.

Good sounds and good connectivity for price. Occasional loss of Bluetooth connections.

When they work, the sound quality is good and folks can hear me well. There are too many instances of random disconnects, one earbud dropping and the other one working, then, cutting in and out. I forgot/re-paired many times and I face the same issues. I keep the firmware up to date but it doesn't matter.

I have enjoyed using these so far. I use them to listen to music as well as watch television at night.

Love these, they work really well. Have a long lifespan. And I could even sleep with them without worrying about them falling out.
