Good for running, gym, not for heavy usage

If you want to use them for daily runs of 30-60 min, they do get the job done. They were on sale and under 50 bucks so I grabbed a pair. They do fine at the gym too. The noise cancellation is sort of a joke if you compare it to the higher-end noise cancellation earbuds. For under 50 bucks, they are nice to have earbuds. They do hurt your ear after an hour plus of usage.

I have used them for working out, yard work and even in conference calls. They have held up really well. The charge lasts about 11 hours. So far I am impressed with these.

MUCH MORE CONVENIENT

I need something around my ear as pods always fall out. These JLabs stay on my ear and now I don't have an annoyed wire sticking to my neck when I run!

He was having a few issues on connecting and distance.

I had the true wireless earbuds but they kept falling out of my ears. These were a much better buy
