Very glitchy, cut in and out frequently. The supposed firmware update did not fix the “direct sunlight” issue. One year in, the charging case stopped working, rendering the earbuds useless. After about a month trying to connect with JLab customer service via email about my warranty claim with no success, I attempted numerous times to contact via phone, on hold for up to an hour at a time. Finally got through, and had a wonderful, simple experience resulting in resolution to my satisfaction. Guess I’ll give them another try with a new pair, and will report back.
