Posted .Hi there, you may find that the sound is better when you try different ear tips, give them a slight twist when placing in your ear, and switch between EQ settings. Also-try downloading the Jlab ANC app to customize some settings! -JLab Audio

Sound is Muddy and ANC only works little, No good

Sound is muff and muddy as hell and this ear attachment just keep bothering me with no adjustment. Best feature of this ANC works little bit and I did not notice the difference between ANC mode and NON ANC mode at first. Nothing close to AIrpods Pro or SONY and Bose does. What you get is what you get and I am returning this with this quality of failure. It is so disappointing for JLAB to release like this spec.
