Broke after less than a year

The ANC leaves a lot to be desired, but otherwise were decent. Fast forward one year, and the right earbud's sound is so low that it's basically worthless, and the ANC no longer works. When the ANC is turned on now, there is a very high pitched noise coming from the right earbud. At first I thought it was broken, but it turns on and all the tapping features are still working, i.e. volume up. I also tried updating the software through their VERY intrusive app to see if that would help, but it did not. Overall, I would definitely not buy these again. There are better choices. I ended up having to purchase another brand this year to replace these. Pretty disappointed in these. Earbuds should last longer than a year.

Also it's hard to hear your surrounding when wearing both buds.
