Comfortable and very secure for running. The sound is ok but not very good. Nice base but poor highs and lack of crisp. But is and ok sound for running or the gym The ANC is below average but the ambient mode is ok. For $80 not bad and do the job.

I am SO happy with this purchase. I am an avid runner and they stay in place so well! The sound is clear and they are very easy to control. I love how they hug my ear and how I can choose the right size of bud to use. The only problem that I have had is a couple of times my music stopped. I am not sure if it was some notification that was sent, but I not figured out the reason. At the moment I use it with my ipod since I have my music downloaded on it.

I bought these specifically to use while working out. The sound quality is decent, but not great. The controls are a bit finnicky. The fit is good, and I like that they give you different size earbuds to fit. Overall, they're very good value for the price.

All the jlab product are reasonably priced with good sound quality and long battery life. I wanted some that would stay n my ear. I have some jlab ear buds but they don’t stay in these do and I can listen to music all day while on my job at Wal Mart on a single charge.Plus I love the way these products charge without a cord. I know some higher price may have better sound quality, but these are perfect for me.

The sound quality is good for the money I paid for them but they have a slower connection than other ear buds I have bought and one earpiece goes out a lot and need to be placed back in the case to recharge back up to use. They stay on your ears well

I really like these wireless headphones. The sound is incredible with great bass and treble and easy to configure to your liking with the app. The battery life is amazing! They work great during exercise and do not come out or move around at all. I got these to replace some Powerbeats that suddenly stopped working. I would highly recommend these over Powerbeats. Got them during Black Friday sale so price at bestbuy was great.

Great battery life and the sound quality is decent. Really convenient that the playback stops if you pull one of the earbuds out. However, they do have problems with randomly desyncing and gaps in playback. It’s not usually a big deal though.

I wanted some ‘sport clip’ wireless headphones to replace a Beats set which developed a ‘short’. These were on sale 1/2 price. I read some earlier reviews posted on Best Buy that rated these a very good compromise between price, design and sound quality. I agree wholeheartedly. These things are well designed, rugged and dependable. Three reasons I dropped one star to 4. 1.) The ‘touch controls’ though versatile are ‘tricky’, 2.) Sound quality does not quite match my Apple AirPods (but they fall out of my ears) and 3.) I can’t get the iPhone app to retrieve an ‘update’...else wise it works great on the version I got from the App Store. The Owner’s Guide and product packaging are ‘Outstanding’. Keep the packaging box. It’s great to store the Owner’s Guide and extra earbud ‘cushions’. Give those JLab engineers a ‘big’ Gold Star.

I never have to worry about these earbuds falling out. They are comfortable, lots of sizes of pieces for a secure/comfortable fit in the ear, and sound is great. Very easy to connect to my iPhone11. Has helped me be active while still participating in online meetings. The battery life on these is amazing - best I’ve experienced in wireless earbuds (exponentially better than the knock-off air pods I had before).

Best buy ear buds. I've purchased these earbuds twice. once because I lost a pair and the other because a pair was stolen. I have never had earbuds with this type of sound quality. The noise reduction i amazing. The battery life is above superb. I'm getting ready to purchase my third pair. JLab will always be my over pick.

Love the way they fit and stability. Sound is great, with actual noise reduction. Battery life is good and charging/ carrying case is safe and works well. Would be 5 stars if the touch sensors were consistent and dependable.

Very nice headphones. They last me all day long 8-10 hour shifts of continuous use. I only use one at a time as I do construction and need to hear. The noise cancelling option works alright but haven't used it much. I had the cheaper jlab headphones before and they weren't near as good definitely worth the couple extra dollars. Plenty of choices for your ear size. I like the foam ones myself

Exelent features! Noise canceling, wireless charging case, good battery life... A really good sound! Punchy bass, nice trebles... The only problem is his App... Not so easy to use, could be better... Keep working on it JLab...

Sound quality and noise canceling work great. The only downside is that the tap feature to control the volume and playback (since there are no buttons) isn't sensitive enough. The fit and battery life are awesome as well.

good earbuds, cheaper than apple and much better than Raycon which I have had both as well. ear pieces stay on your ear and unlike the others they do not fall out at times. sound is really good and battery life superior.

These work great and stay inside your ear. They feel pretty comfortable and secure even when doing manual labor. Good battery life. They take a little getting used to the controls for phone calls.

Sound Quality is great. Comfortable The awareness feature is pretty cool. Options with them is cutomizable and battery life is great. Works very well with phone calls as well. Get you some.

I wasn't sure these would work out for me since i have small ears but once i figured out how to keep them in my ears i was very happy with the purchase. Great buy and i love how every time you place them back in the case, they charge so you'll never have dead ear buds. Noise cancelling are a must when in the gym or anywhere you want sound blocked out.

i was used to a motorola bluetooth headset that was very cheap but functional. these are great in that you can use both, or one ear or the other, and the charging case charges even when not plugged in so that is very convenient to keep one always charging in my briefcase. i only gave it a 4 because the touching of the earpiece to answer or hang up a call is a bit hard to master (i still have not after many weeks of use). tap once to answer, but sometimes it hangs it up, and not sure how hard or how long to tap yet. i am not sure it has as much range either in terms of distance from phone.. not sure it is more than 20 feet or so before it drops. sound is good, fits great in ear and stays in my ear unlike others that i have tried.
