Where's the BASS? Meh sound quality.

I like the promised features like noise cancellation but I can't tell the difference. The android app is nice to customize the controls. The sound is meh. No bass and that top loop is stiff and gets uncomfortable after a few hours. I have a $20 pair of similar ONN earbuds and I can't tell a difference in sound quality.

The issue I have is that when I am on a call the person on the other end can not hear me. One person said I sound like a robot. I will be returning these and getting a different brand.

The onky complaint I have is after wearing them fir a long period, my ear is sore. For now, this is a worthwhile trade off.

Working great so far
