I am on my second pair oh JLab epic air support anc ear buds.. the first pair lasted 1 year. I only use them 2x per week!! The right ear bud stopped working and would not charge anymore. I got warranty from bestbuy so hopefully new pair lasts longer..

I've used them for a while, and I find the sound to be substandard. The volume range and control feature as not even close to Apple or Samsung. I guess you get what you pay for. I'd return them if I could. I waited too long to use them and found out I kind of wasted my money.

I bought these thinking they would stay in and the quality of sound would still be as good as the others (AirPods or beats) but they won’t. Disappointing I should have just bought the others instead.

Never understood why right is on left and left on right...

Overall this item lacks in a couple areas. First they are bulky, but manageable. Second the sound quality is not that great. Thįrd they don’t stay seated properly in your ear. Overall if I had know or been able to try these. I would of passed on buying them.

This item works very well. I wish I purchased it a few years ago.

The touch feature should be better, other than that it's good.

I had the level below this one and loved them, these don’t sound any better, there are features that can’t be turned off, they don’t always set in the charging case correctly and don’t charge or disconnect from my phone. I would rather have the next step down like before.

These where a Christmas gift I hope they liked them . He uses them when he cuts the grass for the most part or when he is outside working.

I’ve owned JLab earbuds in the past and it’s been hit or miss based on the ear fitting. And I’ve tried the “ear clip” earbuds in the past and I normally don’t like the feel behind my ear. They also normally don’t stay in my ear while running. The Epic Air Sport Wireless Earbuds are a runner’s dream. Great sound quality, I never had to adjust my ears or the buds while on a four-mile run and neither bud lost connection. I like that you can charge both into a USB and on a wireless charging pad. My nitpicks: I had to un-sync and re-sync the earbuds at least three times to finally get both earbuds to connect. And I’m struggling with the double tap to pause music, but I’m getting the hang of it. It takes practice to tap in the exact spot. Overall, I can easily say these are the best JLab earbuds I have worn and these are my new go-to earbuds when I go on my morning run. The search for perfect earbuds for me is finally over.

Bought has a gift, my spouse really likes the earbuds.
