Decent device for the cost
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great for running and working out. Not noise-cancelling, so expect to hear surrounding noise.

LOVE THESE SO MUCH
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These were headphones I swapped over to thanks to the geek squad plans, and they are amazing. They have a a setting to increase the noise around you, so they are amazing for when I go on runs or when I need to be aware of what's going on around me.

Great for active use, what I wanted and expected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These replaced a pair of bose soundsport wireless (buds connected by small wire behind the head) because I wanted to ditch the wire and occasionally had the bose buds work loose during walks and workouts. pros: excellent battery life, augmented by case that provides a number of additional charges; case has self-contained wire and USB port to charge another device; ear hook design great for working out; solid sound (not audiophile level, but nice resolution and three EQ settings - balanced, extra bass, and high bass/treble); controls easy to use once you remember how they work; sound, both mike and ears, are fine on calls; bluetooth connects well, but.... cons: not really noise-isolating; case is a little large (meaningfully more than apple airpods); takes a few days to remember how the touch controls work; bluetooth reconnect with multiple devices means shutting off bluetooth on the one you aren't using. Review: many good qualities, a few things less than seamless. In all the important areas, such as sound quality, how they fit and feel (won't fall off or fall out during a workout, period), battery life, strength of bluetooth connection, I love these. Worth remembering that I haven't met a pair of wireless earbuds or headphones that can match a high-quality wired set for sound quality, so if i'm sitting in an airport or on a plane, i prefer a wired pair that cost quite a bit more than these. For wireless, though, these sound very good. for fit, these come with several types of ear tips - that's helpful for getting a comfortable fit with your ear. i tried the multi-flanged and foam tips, liked the basic silicone best. the case is nice. drop the buds in, they shut off automatically and charge. the buds have great battery life, and the case will charge them several times. Even has a USB port so you can plug in your phone and charge it in a pinch. a built-in USB cable means you don't need to carry an accessory to charge the case. it's also on the large side - fine for a briefcase, backpack or purse, not idea for carrying around in a pants pocket. for phone use, call quality, both listening and talking, is great. bluetooth, once connected, is solid. if i'm listening to music, i tend to choose a playlist and drop the device in a backpack - i rarely use these with the device in my pocket, but they stayed connected fine there too. a couple of nits. the tap controls on the buds take a bit to learn - tap, tap and hold, double tap, triple tap, etc. once you get that, they're pretty easy to use. also when this is connected to my ipod touch, it won't receive calls from my phone unless i disable the ipod bluetooth and connect the buds to my phone. that's actually in the instructions - even if you have paired another device already, you have to shut off the bluetooth on the competing device. if you do your music and calls on one device, non-issue. to me, it's a fine excuse to enjoy my hike or workout and ignore the phone interruption. finally, if you really crave noise isolation, these aren't designed to do that - they don't seal tightly with your ear canal. for my use, working out, walking outside, non-issue, but some like the ability to keep external noise out. finally, nice price - somewhat to quite a bit lower than a number of competitors.

Comfortable with great sound
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.JLab Epic Air Sport True Wireless earbuds are comfortable and have a great sound. They connected very easily and once connected they automatically connect each time I take them out of the case. Love this feature. The sound is great and there are equalizer options to find what you prefer. They fit on the ear comfortably and I have had no problem with them moving or needing adjustment once placed. With many ear tips included it's easy to find a good fit. Be Aware Audio lets surrounding noise through for safety and being able to have a conversation. I consider this a very important feature. The case charges the earbuds and the charge lasts a very long time. The earbud battery holds 6 hours of charge and the case adds another 32 hours of charge The earbuds let you know the battery status when they connect and the case has light indicators to let you know it's battery status. The case also has a USB port so if my phone is running low on battery, I can plug it into the case for a charge. I really like these earbuds. The only thing I don't like about them is that they don't both connect to Bluetooth. The right earbud connects to Bluetooth, the left earbud connects to the right earbud. So I can't wear the left independently. Not a big deal for me, but I do often wear only one earbud and it would be nice to be able to switch ears sometimes. However, that's not an option with these as the left does not connect to the phone itself. I do recommend these earbuds for comfort and sound.

Ehhhh
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried these because they were half the prize of Beats. I was very hopeful, but at the end of the day, they just weren't in the same neighborhood. They're not comfortable, the sound wasn't as clear, bluetooth wasn't as strong. But they're not awful, but when compared to my Beats, I had to start over.

Best headphones I have ever used!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are by far the best and my favorite wireless headphones I have ever used. First thing I noticed as I unboxed these was the attention to detail JLAB put into everything, starting at the packaging and all the way down to the functionality of the headphones. What first excited me was the case for the headphones. It is not uncommon now to find wireless headphones in a case that house the headphones as well as charge them, but this case is the best I've seen yet because the USB charging plug for the case is built right into it and tucks away when not in use. It is the most convenient feature I have seen on a product in awhile. The case itself is also pretty large compared to some cases I've seen but that must be where the 10+ hours of charge come from so the size is absolutely worth it. This style of headphones where it has the piece that hooks all the way around your ear, I never really found a pair that did that and was comfortable so I was honestly skeptical about how these would feel when used but I was quickly impressed. They are very comfortable and easy to put in, and stay in place well. I put these to the test while mowing the lawn, and I wear ear protection over the headphones. Important to note is the noise cancelling was great, they did well next to a running engine so they will be great in a gym setting or any other noisy area. While putting the ear protection on, the headphones stayed in place. I did notice the left ear piece would not sit as comfortably as the right, so I switched the ear piece to the blue foam it came with and they are honestly the most comfortable headphones I have ever worn once that piece was changed. Speaking of changing the ear piece out, JLAB did an excellent job of giving ear piece options to switch out to find your preference, I've noticed lately headphones are coming with less and less of those pieces but these came with plenty of options. Once comfortable and while in use, I realized how well these headphones sound as well. I am someone that really likes base in my music and these headphones met my standards. When I had them turned up nearly all the way, the headphones still sounded clear and great. I had zero complaints about the sound quality of these headphones. Another great function these headphones have is the touch/tap controls. It takes a second to get used to them and remember what function does what, but it is worth learning. It's crazy that just with a touch of a finger, so much can be done with a product that has close to no buttons. Overall JLAB has really outdone themselves with these headphones and I am seriously impressed with them, especially when comparing them to other headphones I have tried and they are well worth their price. I highly recommend them to any music enthusiast or anyone active and on the go, they will not disappoint.

Mediocre performance, at best.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.POSITIVES - The product is easy to pair to both Android and iOS devices. The controls for the ear buds are built into the bud itself. They respond to touches on the logo for various functions. Phone calls are clear and callers stated they have had no issues hearing or understanding me. In a typical office environment, even my soft talking was picked up and understood. A definite plus. Unfortunately, it has been extremely hot and dry, with calm days. I have not been able to test them in windy conditions. I really like the case and charging. The case contains a battery and is used to recharge the ear buds. The case is charged via a normal USB connection (Type A). There are 4 white LED’s on the front of the case indicating the current state of charge for the internal battery. The headphones rest in the case and are held in magnetically. Once the ear buds are inserted and the lid is closed, they are automatically turned off and charged. Once charged and removed from the case, the ear buds turn on and connect to the last device they were paired with. Very slick! JLabs claims roughly 10 hours of battery life before needing recharged, and that seems close to spot on. NEGATIVES – These ear buds produce little to no bass. While normal vocals are fairly clear, these buds do not excel at music reproduction. You will not get any additional bass from the built-in EQ curves either. If this is your thing, I would recommend looking elsewhere. However, my number one, biggest complaint with these is the Bluetooth lag. I have a set of JLab JBuds Bands headphones that cost significantly less, and I don’t experience anywhere near the amount of audio delay I do with these. I have tried all forms of different apps and source materials to see if the audio lag is related only to one device and/or app. I must report that it is not. Regardless of app or streaming service, the lag is present and undeniable. It is bad enough, that I do not use these for and type of video playback. Of course, should you stick solely to audio, this would be a non-issue. But, in my mixed use that includes video, I find the delay a distraction. FINAL THOUGHTS – In my opinion, these are mediocre headphones. They are adequate for listening to the news, podcasts, and conducting phone calls. They fit reasonably well, are sweat resistant, and JLab includes a number of different tips to help achieve a comfortable, secure fit to your ear. I thought the charging case was very well executed, as is the software for the buds. The auto shut-off and auto reconnect feature never failed on my Android or iOS devices. However, I expected more for headphones that cost this much. Honestly, my JLab JBuds Bands headphones, while not fully wireless, give nearly identical performance for far less. Add to that an irritating amount of audio delay and I cannot recommend this product.

OK Item for someone else.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice earbuds but I have a hard time getting them to set in my ears securely. They work well if I'm stationary but I could never do any physical activity without them falling out. Probably due to the shape of my ears.
