I purchased these before running a 10k Road Race and they did great. Quality of speakers have been outstanding and I never have to worry about them falling out of my ears. I am glad I purchased this set of earbuds.

The JLab Audio Epic Air True Wireless earbuds caught me a little by surprise.  They do some things very well, and others are not quite what I'd hope. They come packaged in an interesting box that has a plexiglass display portion. The presentation is pretty impressive, actually. Inside the box are the headphones, about 300 size adapters (ok, really just 8, but that's more than I've seen with any similar product), instructions, a sticker, and an unusual storage/charging case. The case is bigger than most (that's in part due to the room needed for the ear hooks) but the unusual part of the design is the micro USB charging cable wrapped around the rim of the case.  Personally, I found this annoying, particularly since the charging port is covered by the cable.  So you have to remove the cable even if you have another micro USB cable handy, and getting the cable back in place is a little bit of pain.  As is the the norm with completely wireless earbuds, the case is the charging stand for the JLabs. The hook design of the JLabs is helpful in terms of comfort and stablity. It took me a minute or two to get used to wearing the hooks over my ears, but since then, the JLabs are the most comfortable wireless earbuds I've used.  Due to the hook design, the JLabs feel more like the rest against your ear rather than in your ear. In fact, if you push them in as tight as you have to do with other wireless buds, they get too muffled and aren't functional. This means you get more ambient sound, too, so they are not strong in terms of noise canceling. Where they are strong is in having clear, bright sound across the spectrum up to mid-level volumes. I've seen other reviews that call these buds "bass-forward," and I beg to differ. Bass is clear and pleasant, but not of the thumping variety.  Overall, the sound is pleasing, though, unless you crank up the volume. Things begin to breakdown somewhere around 70% of max volume. After that, the highs are just too bright and painful to listen to. Still though, for small completely wireless earbuds, the sound is generally clean and very good. The mids are the JLab's strong suite. The JLab maintains an excellent BT connection with my phone unless I'm operating a microwave.  The microwave interferes with the non-dominant bud (during setup, you get to choose which one is primary). Touch countrols work well, but it takes a little bit of effort to remember how many times you touch which bud to play, pause, answer the phone, hangup, skip, reverse, etc. As an added bonus, battery life is rated for 6 hours. The earbuds give you a verbal message when the battery is getting low.  They are also rated at IPS 55, which means they are at least sweatproof. Overall, the JLabs are comfortable, good-sounding completely wireless earbuds that I enjoy using unless I am in the mood for heavy bass or am in a situation where I prefer some noise canceling ability.

Bought these for myself and they came fully charged. I have used them like 20 hrs so far and the case is still fully charged and I love them. They are the best wireless and blue tooth head phones I have ever had

I don't like the fact that the connection will drop and you have to reset. It also takes a little longer than it should to connect to whatever device you are using.

Not really in good quality, used it for about 1 month and the cover came off. And the bluetooth connection is not very stable.

Too hi-tech for me so I returned them lol!!!!!!!!!!

Set up of device was extremely easy and connected quickly. Slight issue with loss of signal when moving about but may have been issue with phone. When using with computer, sound loss did not occur. You will need to remember touch controls for each earpiece.

Great product. Very helpfull and conference to use.

The earbuds come in handy and have yet to fail me.

Bought these to ride on my Harley-Davidson. Needed something that would be loud enough to hear over the exhaust pipes. The are loud, sound great and say on very well. Would definitely buy again

Bluetooth connection goes out by itself at times. When answering and ending calls have to push on device to hard which of coarse pushes it into the ear causing pain.

Bought these and was overall disappointed with the sound quality and the ear buds inability to stay connected. Returned them for a different brand which are amazing

Once on my ears, they feel great like they aren't there. Sound quality is good. The deeper you put them in, they sound better. Try all of the included tips to see which fit the best, several are included.

I lo feed the idea of them but they just wouldn't work. They kept unpairing every 5 minutes from the moment I started using them. Had to return therm.

The over the ear hook works great. Ear buds fall out of my ear but the over the ear solves that issue. Sound quality is really good. Easy to use. Recommend to all.

Didn't work. Wore them outside and they skipped. Each headphone independently skipped. I contacted the makers. Apparently they work with smart Bluetooth tech and it learns my environment and adapts the signal? So I gotta listen to skipping music until it learns? That's stupid technology not smart. Do not buy!!!

Bluetooth would be distorted. Too many instructions to remember while running. Returned item. I did enjoy all of the various sizes for the ear pieces

I am afraid it did not work for me. Three times the charger stopped working and customer service sent me replacement parts but then all of a sudden the earbud itself stopped turning on. I guess it was my bad luck on this particular SN otherwise it was convenient to use and quality was good. I just throw it away since I got tired of sending email to customer service. I rate it 2 just because of their good customer service otherwise I wished it would work for the $$ I spent on this. Looking for something else now.

I had to make the choice between these and the apple air pods. I felt I would lose those easily so I went with these. These fit perfectly and won't fall out cause of the wrap on my ears. A+
