I like it because it’s one of the truest wireless earphones but the sounds quality is just okay.

The headphones were truly wireless. I liked them & returned them because the earbud was tight around my ear.

I was really excited about these. “Almost 7 hours play time” seemed too good to be true. I connected them to my phone in its unique daisy chain setup, and was looking forward to an entire work day of music. Unfortunately, the headphones kept dropping connection to my iPhone, which was in my pocket. When they did manage to stay connected, the sound was pretty good for fully wireless. Battery life is exceptional. Design is comfortable.

Good earbuds IF they could be charged

I initially submitted a review on 9/25/2017 about these earbuds under the nickname "Very good earbuds for long distance runner" and after a week of having them, I needed to come back and give an updated review. As I stated the last time, the earbuds sounded great! They were well balanced from the lows to the highs and can play very loud. The bad is that the charging case would not charge the earbuds. I spoke with a JLab representative who informed me that I may have a bad charging case and should return it to Best Buy. I picked up the new JLab earbuds and when I turned them on, the voice stated that the charge on them were low. I put them to charge over night and in the morning, all of the lights where lit up on the charging case. When I got to my destination for my run, the earbuds were still on low! Needless to say, I ran without my music. I've since returned these JLab Epic Air earbuds and went with another choice. I would have tried to get them again, but I didn't want to have to exchange another pair for the same reason. Overall review FIT/DESIGN - Great! Even after an 8 mile run and heavy sweating, they did not come loose or fall out. These were more comfortable on the ear after a long run due to the loops that go around your ears. SOUND - Good sound and range between lows, mids and highs. OPERATION - Easy to operate, but I disliked the fact that I had to push in on the earbuds to change the volume. Only problem were a couple of bad charging cases. CONNECTION - The earbuds synced almost immediately and kept the Bluetooth signal my entire workout... only once, for a brief second, did it sound distorted because of a weak signal. PLAY TIME - This I wasn't able to test fully as I only had half battery life on my first set of earbuds, but that did give me enough for a little more than an hour and still have some juice left in them. This was achieved while playing music on medium and streaming music. CUSTOMER SERVICE - I didn't interact with them much, but I felt that I had given them enough information when explaining what issues I was having, that they went straight to stating that I had a defective charging case. PRICE - Very well priced in comparison with other truly wireless earbuds. JLab, get the charging case figured out and you've got a great truly wireless earbud!

Bought these to use during workouts. When lifting weights, they are almost worthless. The Bluetooth connection breaks on one side all the time with any kind of movement. Even will do so when sitting at desk just working. Save your money and buy another more reliable brand.

Just received these and my initial impressions are that these are just okay. First, on the positive side, the fit is excellent. They form a seal and stay in place. Connection seems good with no issues after first pairing. Build quality is pretty good and the case is probably the nicest I've seen. Haven't tested battery life yet but if it's as advertised that is a big plus. Now, the big issue for me: sound quality. It's average at best. The sound is harsh and the bass while there is boomy not tight. I am going to order some comply tips and give them a run (why aren't they included already?!) and see if that improves things. Sound is passable for a gym headphone but for all of the marketing and hype from JLab about the drivers, I expected better. Jabra Elite Sports sound better as do the Gear IconX. If the comply tips fix things, I'll update my rating. Overall, buy these for comfort, fit and battery life. Look elsewhere for sound.

I bought these hoping to save a few bucks and ended up returning for the Air Pods ( I have an iPhone). The sound was hollow, pairing was a chore and if you didn't have the phone close enough, you would lose connection. I couldn't even cut the grass with my phone in my pocket without losing signal. Look elsewhere.

Overall the design is good. Especially love the earhooks. Easy to pair with your phone. Charging case is very convenient. Earbuds charge very quickly. Only drawback is the bluetooth range is not far. While listening to music when walking, the sound goes in and out on occasion. But would recommend to use especially during summer when over ear headphones are too hot to wear.
