I was afraid of losing them they aren’t attached ✔️

I got these as a Christmas present. They liked it.

I bought 3 pairs to give them a chance. Each pair had a different defect. The potential for a great product is there but it still needs a great deal of weeding out "bugs" and refining before it can truly deliver.

Upon researching various truly wireless earbuds, I decided to try these since they were on sale. I was super pleased with the ship time, and I eagerly opened the box to try them out. I opened the book to read the instructions, and they were a little vague. I tested the case, and it was about 50% charged. The ear buds, however, wouldn’t turn on. Placing them in the case like the pictures showed, I waited a few minutes and tried again. Nothing. I waited a few hours. Nothing. I checked the next morning after making sure the case was fully charged. Nothing. I’ll be returning these!

I enjoyed the JLab, no issues at first except for dropping sound once in a while and reconnecting. Then after two months, one of the earphones stopped working, would not recharge or turn on.

Maybe good for using around the house but would not stay in my ear during my workout. While trying to adjust it, it would cause me to bump the earpiece which paused or skipped the song I was listening to.

I buy this product and is no working good they no have a good connection and I returned to the store I don’t recommend this product to no body.

First off I’ve been using these for just about a week, and they work well. But they are terribly uncomfortable and really hurt my ears. After about an hour, my ears get very sore and I have to take them out. Pairing was easy and very straight forward, so no issues there. The sound is ok, but not real high quality, the sound is not rich, and is a bit shallow. Both buds need to be turned on separately which is kind of awkward. But once turned on they stay paired and there is no fade out like others I’ve tried. The buds come with a charging case, when the buds are inserted they automatically shut off and charge. The build quality of both the buds and the case seem very good. The earbuds are controlled by touch. Touching the sides of each bud control volume, playback and using the phone. Touch works ok but is sometimes overall too sensitive. An inadvertent Touch will stop play when not expected. Anytime you try to adjust the placement of the buds in your ear it will cause an unexpected and unwelcome action. It doesn’t sound like much, but since the buds are uncomfortable I find myself constantly moving them, and then the music will stop, play, skip forward, or skip backward. Overall not terrible, but they just do not work for me. The idea is good, portability is fantastic, and playback time is better than expected. The buds are said to be sweat proof, I’ve not had a chance to test that out, but based on the quality of the build I would bet that they are. I’ve tried every bud size that comes with the earbuds, but just have not been able to find one that is comfortable for me. I would think that since everyone is different, there are those out there who may find these to be very comfortable. I also know from experience that once the right earbud fit is achieved, the sound quality increases dramatically. In my case I just haven’t found that. It may not be fair to judge these too harshly since it may be the make up of my ears don’t work with these buds. Others may have a much different experience, but I can only attest to my experience. I gave these 3 stars taking into consideration comfort and sound may be better for others. I don’t feel it is fair to downgrade too much based on the comfort of these for me, since everyone’s make up is different. So I do recommend these, but with a little reluctance.

I had problems with whichever headphone was not the primary (paired to the phone) losing connection to the other one. I had to return them.

Will be returning for a refund. They don’t stay connected to your phone and have intermittent loss in music play back. Hugely frustrating.

I ran with these and I put my phone in my running belt and the headphones were cutting in and out and sometimes they would just turn off.

These are wonderful wireless earbuds. They are easy to sync with your phone and I love that the storage case is also the charging case. They are comfortable and come with several different sizes of earbud covers.

I stood in the store today for 45 minutes having a young representative assist me in selecting the right phone earpiece. I drove for 6 hours back home with zero ability to hear.... my business colleagues and friends were complaining about the inability to hear me the noise in the background etc. I struggled to hear and continually had to repeat myself and scream.... it absolutely sucks! Going to take it back tomorrow and I so wish I lived in Greensboro as I would give that young man a piece of my mind.....

Did not work for me poor sound, did not sit sturdy on my ear keeps loosing signal when i go out running.

Great idea, but poor performance. Constant connectivity issues between the earbuds. Returned and went with the Jabra Sport Eliete.

Hard to pair, functions didn't work .returned for a new one same thing plus batteries didn't hold charge just awful don't buy

I've had my EpicAir earbuds now for several days & used them both indoors & outdoors. Indoors I found them to have great sound & clarity but found their range to be less than the 30 ft. range as advertised. In my case it was more like 20-25ft. Outdoors, I wasn't as happy with the performance. Even though I had my phone in my pocket, I was continuously having issues with the music cutting in & out. Also tried using them while doing yardwork & since they are not noise canceling it made listening to music while running a leaf blower or lawn mower pretty much useless. Overall, I found the playtime to be outstanding, I like the charging / storage case, they were comfortable to wear & indoors had surprisingly awesome sound. I actually found myself listening to my favorite songs & hearing notes & words I never heard before. On a 1-5 scale, I'd rate them a 4 indoors while a 2 outdoors.

My husband has been looking for comfortable wireless headphones and he has found them. These hold a charge and when we had a small issue the company replaced them quickly for no charge

The feelings mutual. I can’t get used to these things, but can’t afford to replace them with what I had previously-the bose ear wig

I have tried several different types of Bluetooth ear buds. This is the 1st pair that has lasted and I can hear the caller and the callers can hear me.
