Media has no volume. I contacted JLab and after troubleshooting they determined I have a defective headset.

Great sound and wonderful mic. long lasting charge and case doubles as charger for usb devices such as phones.

If you need a headset for just music this would be great but talking its terrible no one could hear me.

Had to bring back because only one I could hear. Brought back and bought another type. So far so good.

I like it that there are no wires hanging down or nothing around my neck. It works fantastic for music or talking on the phone

This set is a great idea. Stays on during workouts and sound descent (I’ve heard better). The technology is terrible. The buds don’t stay connected and sound is broken like a faulty wire. Very disappointing to say the least. I returned them and got another set of plantronics which were out of this world 3 years ago and still are relative to quality and durability.

I actually took these duds back after one hour of use..... terrible connections and unsatisfactory sound!!!!

If your shopping for some true wireless headphones don't look any further! I guarantee you won't be disappointed with your purchase.

The earbuds come as a pair, but only one bud registers with my device.

Sound level is too low. Always have trouble powering on and connecting with any of my android products.

I upgraded to these after my Beats Wireless fell apart on me. I love these headphones. Especially the self charging case they come in!

At first they do disconnect and try and sync but just give them time. It’s true when they say they learn and adapt over time on the box

I was excited to try the headphones since there were no cords and fit around my ears. I was totally disappointed! They were difficult to handle basic interactions. The sound was not good and often went out. The tapping to change songs never worked properly. I tried them on several runs, but I never got good results. Traded them in for Bose sport headphones.

Too tough to connect and inconsistent during workout

I almost cancelled my order based on the extremely mixed reviews these buds have been receiving. Boy am I glad I didn't! Most of the negative reviews I have read say that the headphones were a great concept, they were comfortable, the battery life was a huge plus, but that they were plagued with connection issues. I can't speak to what other people have experienced, but I have not had these persistent connection troubles at all. If you go to JLab's website, they say that these buds are programmed to get better about keeping a connection over time. I was skeptical about this claim, but it's been completely true for me. When I first turned these on, the connection was awful. Every connection problem I read about in these reviews, I experienced for myself. The connection was dropping from the phone, the connection was dropping between the buds, and one bud would be quieter than the other at times. But things steadily and rapidly improved until, after a few minutes, everything sounded just fine. I actually left my phone on the counter, walked into another room 20 feet away, and still kept a connection. Now, when I first put them on I sometimes get one or two very short cut-outs in the first minute, but after that, the connection is strong and steady. The sounds is also good. These do not produce audiophile-quality sound, but they're a marked step up over out-of-the-box phone earbuds. For true wireless active headphones at this price point, I'm really impressed by the sound quality. Like everyone else, I also love the design. They are lightweight, comfortable, stay in well and the earhooks give added security. I also am a huge fan of the touch controls. When I'm riding my bike and have my phone in an armband, I can now just reach up to touch the bud to change tracks or control volume. Before, there was no way I could control volume or change tracks while riding. I also love winter sports, and I was concerned that I couldn't use these when snowboarding or skiing because a hat might constantly trigger the touch controls. But after some testing, I found that unless it was my finger touching the buds, the touch controls don't activate. I will say that I found getting a seal on these headphones difficult at first. In fact, I was getting ready to return them when I was finally able to get that fit right. So if you're having trouble with getting them to fit, don't give up too easily! Now that I can get them to seal, the sound and isolation are every bit as good as I had hoped. So all-in-all, these have been everything I hoped they'd be. Given the high hopes I had, that's quite the compliment. These are fantastic earbuds!
