Ive had these for several days now and I really wanted to like these. After several days of failed attempts at trying to pair both ear buds, I was unable to get the audio to play out of both at the same time. The instructions seemed simple enough but even after watching the video and reading the instructions, I couldn't get it to work. After visiting the JLab website for the umpteenth time, I finally found another set of instructions under the support section that would ultimately get these paired to each other. After finally getting these paired, I was pleasantly surprised at the sound of these. There was a decent amount of bass for a fully wireless earphone. The highs could be cleaner but they aren’t horrible. I dont believe these are advertised as noise cancelling, but since they actually enter your ear canal, they provide a good seal against outside noise and worked well for me on a 6 hour road trip. The touch controls are very light to the touch and are pretty simple to learn. I seldom had issues with getting them to change the track or volume. The storage/charging case is kind of bulky, but with the bulk you get 30 hours of additional listening according to the instructions. I didn't get a chance to test this however. The charging cable is wrapped around the front of the case which is pretty nice. I didn't have to worry about carrying a usb cable with me to recharge the case. The case also doubles as a portable charger for your phone or wearable by using your device’s cable to plug into the USB port on the front of the case. I didn’t see any information on how many mAh the charger holds or how many times it can charge up your phone, but the fact that I can use it in a pinch is great for me. I generally travel with a Mophie powerstation just in case im not able to get an outlet at the airport, so the charging case might allow me to charge another device while im using the Mophie. Initially, I was prepared to give this a bad review until I got them paired and got to hear them in action. Definitely worth checking these out. They aren't as clear my AirPods, but they are a great alternative.

I was looking forward to experiencing truly wireless headphones and these looked like the right ones for the right price. Bought two pairs and neither of them worked. Hopefully they will figure this out in future versions as the concept was good but for now they're not ready for use.

I am very satisfied with this product... I enjoy every bit of my preferred music with it...

There ok but expensive and there were not meant for me

Nice in the was but horrible sound for ppl to hear you

Three weeks after purchasing the earphones. The right earphones no longer works. It will not turn on. Even prior to this happen the sound quality overall was worse than $20 earphones that I have purchased in the pass. I like the concept. But it needs lots of improvement.

1st one the case would not charge the buds. 2nd pair the case would not charge after a couple charges. Sound would drop no matter what the condition was i.e. Motorcycle, walking, sitting in the coffee shop. Paired with 3 different devices.... iPhone, iPad and Android galaxy.

Sound good but keep telling me out of range alot .

Great for music, not great for talking on the phone.

These headphones work so well. Had them for the past year, no issues at all.

These headphones are not made for use while exercising. The first pair nearly caught fire, the second pair intermittently disconnected from each other and my phone....then stopped charging...total product life is less than 90 days
