Best True Wireless Battery Life Ever!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While looking into buying a pair of true wireless earbuds I was a bit shocked by the lack of battery life in the majority of the offerings in the marketplace. JLab stood out with what they claimed to be a 6-7 hour battery on a single charge... and shockingly it is! (the charging case also doubles as a phone charger). The unique design with earhooks is also something I really liked the look of. No other brands offered this option. I was always afraid I could easily loose an earbud while running, but with these it has never been a concern and the overall fit is excellent. Bottom line... for a $150, not sure you can find anything better. I had never heard of JLab prior to this purchase, but give them a shot.

A WINNER in wireless buds!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Impressive, to say the least. A small case holds two earbuds, but is also a lithium batter charger that will re-charge your earbuds 4 times or more before the charger needs to be re-charged via mini USB, which is strategically and BRILLIANTLY located in the unit! Earbuds hook comfortably in the ear the rubber case that securely fits around the ear structure comfortably. A choice of 8 sizes included and available to switch sizes for your comfort. Bluetooth technology will pair you with your phone, iPOD, or any unit that accepts Bluetooth technology. If you drive a car, you can pair one earbud and use for hands-free calls. Answer with a touch of a button. For full music capabilities, you can use both earbuds. It has security grips to stay on through the sweat and exercise. I'm impressed with the technology and the genius of design. Sounds are superior as well.

Great convenience, not great sound
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really looking forward to cutting the cord on my workout/yard work headphones but unfortunately, I'm not sure these will do it for me. I may be spoiled by my current wired headset and may be jaded on the sound quality I was expecting. It may be an unfair comparison but it's the one I have. Setup was pretty easy and getting the buds to connect to each other was straight forward. Once that was complete I pulled up some music and found the sound quality to be somewhat "thin". There was little to no bass and the sound was somewhat tingy. On the plus side, I love the case for charging and are convenient to take with you. If you listen to talk radio or audio books these would be good options. If you are looking for rich in-depth sound these miss the mark but from what I understand this is not uncommon with wireless earbuds. It's all about the trade off.

JLAB Junk
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was tired of buying 20 dollar headphones for the gym, only to have them quit working in 10 months. So, I bucked up and spent quite a bit on what I thought was a better earbud system. Day 1 at the gym, doing cardio, sound was excellent. The fit was good, but about 15 minutes in, the pairing kept fading in and out. Weird, maybe just a bad day. Day 2 at the gym, and it got worse. Plus now the music was cutting in and out. This went on all week, sometimes better, sometimes worse. I finally came on here and read some reviews, and sure enough, there was all the problems I was having, being reported by other people as well. The final straw was trying to charge them in the charging case. They wont take a charge, even though the case lights are all on solid, indicating it is fully charged. Thats enough for me. I went on Amazon and ordered me another 20 dollar paid of earbuds, and paid an extra dollar for 2 year protection plan. These are going back tomorrow before my 14 day window is up.

Good Earbuds for Working Out
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbuds are good for workouts because they fit great and won't fall out. I also like the charging storage case that came with it. The sound is ok, nothing spectacular. The pairing process was also a pain.

Did not fit my ears
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so excited for these earbuds! I have had over the ear wireless headphones in the past, and I was looking for something a little different this time. The fact that they are completely wireless really attracted me to them, and I like that they come with 8 different silicone tips to fit every ear shape. I don't really have a problem with the head phone's connectivity or sound, but instead they keep falling off my ears! I am a woman so maybe I have smaller ears, but I couldn't find anywhere on Best Buy that they had any Epic Air specific to women. Once I realized they fall off quite easily, I tried squeezing them down to size which I can mostly manage. However now that I've squeezed them to fit my ear better, they do not charge in the case very well and I have to bend them back to original size. Since they do not fit well, every time I have to adjust them on my right ear it changes the music...which kind of sucks when you're in the middle of your power song at the gym :) I still think they're cool headphones, but maybe wish my ears were bigger or that they had a smaller sized product as well.

DO NOT BUY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been looking for a nice set of true wireless earbuds, and I liked the idea of the over the ear design seeing as how it could be more secure. I picked these up yesterday evening after looking as several different brands and comparing price etc. Once I got home with them, paired them up and was immediately REGRETTING this purchase. First off, there are NO directions included in the box, so I had to google those. Secondly the connection process is weird. Thirdly (and most importantly) the sound quality is absolutely garbage!!!! Fourthly, when making a phone call, you only get audio on ONE side!!!! (Apparently it’s not stereo for phone calls). Next, the delay between the audio is fairly long, so much so that you can’t enjoyably watch movies with them. Next, the touch controls seem erratic, not working when you need them to, and working to well at the slightest accidental touch. Next, the ear pieces get uncomfortable after about 30 min of use. All in all, for $150 I was expecting a WAY better product!!! I wouldn’t pay $49.99 for these much less $150$!! I returned these today and bought a set of apple AirPods and absolutely love them!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! Even the customer service rep at Best Buy told me that they return ALOT of these headphones because people are not happy with them.

Love these earbuds!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I train often in the outdoors and gym, so these earbuds have been amazing for my training needs! I love them. * water resistant where they don't slip or damage when you sweat * you can also run with them in the rain * 6hr battery life truly lasts as I use them in my hiking/running trips in the mountains * comfortable, sleek looking fit * can use to take phone calls * very convenient charging case for earbuds, that can also serve as a battery charger for your phone * charging case gives an additional 30hrs.

Phenomenal Sound!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I mostly use these earbuds for working out/running so with 1-1.5hrs at a time. The fit is perfect for me but i could see these earbuds being an issue for people with small ears since they are a bit larger. The earbuds have a long battery life and haven't needed to charge yet within the 3 weeks I've owned them. Sound quality is fantastic with vibrant vocals and punchy bass. I owned a pair of UE Superfi 5 wired earbuds that were $160 and these still sound better. No distortion on high volumes.

Connection problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these for the same price as my Apple AirPods, expecting them to be better than the Apple product. After a week of wearing them I find that just putting a handover them will cut all connection to your phone. Or turning the earbud that connects to the iPhon I bought these for the same price as my Apple AirPods, expecting them to be better than the Apple product. After a week of wearing them I find that just putting a handover them will cut all connection to your phone. Or turning the air Bud that connects to the phone causes connection to be temporarily lost. Also the music controls on the headphones are very touchy, to the point just putting the headphones in will skip your music. Finally the music quality isn’t the greatest, but it’s what you expect from your buds. Just not what I expected from earbuds that cost $150. Overall the battery life so far has been great. Also the case is very well-designed and has a auto on and off feature that is very useful for storing the headphones. Definitely a three out of five stars.

Great Wireless Headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I first purchased these I was concerned about the connection issuesI but I didn't have any issues getting them to connect and they are great for my training for half-marathons and marathons. I can't wait to use them in competition. The sound is incredible and the battery life is like nothing else I have ever owned. JLab really nailed it with these and I will recommend it to all my running friends and anyone else who is looking for a true wireless earbud.

Awesome wireless sport earbuds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These things are great and they stay in my ears! The sound quality is excellent and the additional controls on the buds make pausing musing and making calls a breeze. I like the durability of the charging case but I do wish that it was a bit smaller. Regardless of the charging case size, I would definitely recommend these for someone who works out or runs a lot. Getting rid of the cable that attaches me to my iPhone is awesome.

Amazing wireless earphones for everyone!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These wireless Bluetooth earphone are by far one of my favorite ever! Their sound quality is amazing and they are super comfortable. They make going to the gym and working so much easier by being totally wireless. They are easy to use and very sleek/stylish. I get complements on them at the gym all the time. And the best part is that the changing case also charges your phone! Awesome product I highly recommend

Jlab earbuds ROCK
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best true Bluetooth stereo earbuds i have ever owned. Dont ask Bestbuy for help they dont know what they are doing, if you have a problem with sound quality go to your sound settings and set up your EQ. If you have any other problems call Jlab not best buy. The techs at Jlab are very helpful. Trust me these earbuds are the best and dont hurt my ears after wearing them for six hours

Sound quality varies
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are some nice headphones if you don't care about premium sound quality. It does what it's supposed to do and performs as advertised without any surprises. What I found odd is that the phone sound quality is weak compared to when you use the headphones for music. I'm probably nitpicking but that's the only flaw I see, it is otherwise a very comfortable fit to the ear.

These things stay on!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just a couple of negative things so lets get that out of the way first. The pairing process is quite cumbersome and it took me a couple tries. You first need to pair one to the phone then the other to the first ear bud. But once this is done it seems to "remember" the configuration and start right up. The sound is good but not the best. Certainly listening is enjoyable but the full richness of other wired earbuds is missing. Finally, one or the other sides tends to cut out during use. This is rare but can be somewhat annoying. Now to the good stuff. Being built more for comfort than speed, I took advantage of a friend that was doing a crossfit competition last weekend. I fitted him up and set him loose on the practice course. It was raining they stayed on through mud, being upside down and a variety of activities that were quite strenuous. He reported that they were comfortable and stayed on throughout the 90 min or so that he was involved. I also, love the case which has it's own charging capabilities not only for the earbuds but in a pinch can give your phone some CPR if needed. The built in cable is a nice touch too! This comes with numerous ear pieces to insure a good fit on most anyone. Also, as a hands free device to talk on the phone it works well but there isn't any noise canceling so noisy environment can make it difficult for the caller to hear. All in all, being completely cable free this a very nice device.

Winner for JLAB!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I pre-ordered these months ago. They seemed to be exactly what I was looking for for CrossFit and running. I started to get nervous as I read other reviews were having connection issues. I tried a couple other cheap wireless ear buds I bought off Amazon and returned them because of bad connection. I also have to connect it to my Apple Watch to be viable as I don't want to have to bring my phone on runs or workouts. I received them this week. The ear buds themselves are built nice as is the charging case. There are numerous tips to choose from, but the design and fit is awesome so a secure tip is not as important. I first had difficulty connecting them to the Apple Watch. They paired immediately to my iPhone 7+. I eventually turned the watch off and on and then success. They did pair easily to each other as I saw some others had trouble. The sound is OK. I am not an audiophile, but can tell enough it is just OK. I tried to workout with them today in the gym. At first I was nervous as they were cutting out. But then after a minute it stopped and they were great for the rest of the workout. I will test them out a few more times to be sure, but as of now I am really happy with them. I haven't tested battery life, but with the case it seems like it will be as advertised. They were really secure during the workout too. Didn't have to touch them at all. I gave them 5 stars still even with the sound quality because I wasn't expecting them to be better than they are. They aren't perfect but close!

Better than Airpods
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried airpods but thought they looked silly hanging out of my ears. Returned those and bought the Epic Air instead. This is how true wireless should be. The earbuds are much more comfortable, sound great, and best of all I don't fear that they'll fall out of my ears because of the built in earhooks.

Been waiting for these
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Finally! I've been looking for totally wireless earbuds for a while - the battery life of everything out there was ridiculous (Some are = less than 2 hours, what?). And the fit was better than expected - I tried 3 different tip sizes in the box and liked the smaller ones. Make sure you follow the instructions for pairing to your phone. I jumped the gun and didn't connect them correctly at first. Basically you connect to one earbud and then that earbud connects to the other. (I tried connecting both to my device when you actually only need one connected). Overall in a just a few days I've done gym and housework with these and still on the original charge. Amazing!
