    Amazing Earbuds! My favorite.

I love these. I love the fact I can charge my phone off the case, and that the earbuds have an over the ear hook. The connection is great. I use these for walking and hiking and the fact that there are no wires to deal with. The connection is solid and they are comfortable, what more do you need?

    Sound Decent but Poor Connection

I really wanted to like these headphones, I even tried 2 pairs. But ultimately the poor bluetooth connection drove me to return the product. And a bit disappointed that Jlab censored my review on their website since it wasn't greater than 4 stars. Pro: Great Customer Service Great Design and Fitment Battery longevity Cons: Touch buttons way too sensitive Audio cuts out way too much (poor bluetooth connectivity)

    Difficult to pair

Based on the high quality package presentation, I was under the impression these would be my best earbuds. Unfortunately, the paring process has flaws. I paired the first earbud to my device, it connected with no problem. The issue I encountered was trying to pair the second earbud to the one that's paired to my device. The earbuds are supposed to automatically pair to one another, but they failed to do so. They provide a manual setup to pair them, but that did not work as well. I never could get both earbuds playing music at the same time. The sound quality was rather tiny. It lacks a full sound, and it also lacks bass.

    Regret buying these ear buds

I bought my ear buds one month ago. The first pair didn't work right out of the box. They wouldn't charge properly in the charger. So I returned that pair and got a replacement pair. This pair worked great until a couple days ago. Now the left ear bud doesn't work at all and the right ear bud stopped charging. Quality is very poor.

Good quality, but difficult to pair

First of all, I have several set of wireless headsets. These paired to each other without issues. I followed the instructions in the box, and on the online support exactly. I could always get one of sides to pair to my phone but not to each other. I tried pairing on multiple devices with the same outcome. Sound was great on one set and the feel is comfortable. Very frustrating that I spent over an hour trying to pair and could not get both headphones to sync. I still could be doing something wrong, but it should not be that difficult.

The JLab Epic 2 has been everything promised. I have had no problems with skipping, connectivity or volume. It delivers awesome bass levels and the ear wires add to a tighter fit along with several sizes of ear buds. It is wonderful for daily walks, exercising (stays put) and my partner now has one for the car for calls. The long playing time on the charge is fantastic with this product. Can't say enough positive and have had no issues with ANY JLab product in the past and trust the brand. I would recommend with no second thoughts!

    If only they worked

I gave the second pair of these 48 hours and my experience follows. The first pair didn't work out of the box (left one was super quiet and right one was very loud). They randomly stop playing music. This means I have to turn them off (each individually) then turn them back on making sure to turn on the one paired to my phone first to get music back. Turning things off an on should be easy, but these seem to require the exact right amount of pressure to be applied for the exact right amount of time in order to activate the switch. Commuting is basically disastrous. If I turn my head, the sound cuts out (so no checking the bike lanes before stepping into the street). The only fix to this I found was to hold my phone near my head (like carrying a boombox) in order to keep connection, but even this did not always work. While the phone was in my pocket, forget about it. If I changed the hand my umbrella was in, sound was gone. The new set out of the box seemed to work ok so long as I was sitting at my desk and did not move too much. Of course movement caused sound to drop out. Within 12 hours of use the left ear bud's volume decreased to about half of that of the right. I was able to get the sound to equalize by going back through the turn off and turn on procedure. This worked to get another 12 hours out of these headphones, but thereafter I was having to restart them every hour or so to equalize sound. The only pros I see to these are battery life and the microphone. If this was a BT headset for calls, it would be ok, but this is not the early twenty-teens, and I need headphones that do more than let me talk on the phone.

    You had one job....

I was excited to hear about this new JLab product and immediately picked up a pair. The product appears well built, great charging case, multiple different tips (although the stock ear tips worked great for me), good fit overall and no issues with these coming off during runs. I followed the directions and these easily connected to my Pixel. Unfortunately this is when things started to fall apart. The connectivity to the phone is no problem, but the R/L ear buds constantly disconnect or randomly keep switching on/off briefly. Apparently they are supposed to "learn" and the connection is supposed to improve over time, but I have been using these all week and it actually appears to get worse. Tonight I finally had it and I am giving up. I thought maybe there is a way to upgrade the firmware to correct this issue, but you can't even do that. While everything else about these is good I can't give more than one star, since these ear buds are unusable. Sorry, I hardly ever write negative reviews, but this product is not ready for prime time. They are going back to Best Buy for a refund.

    Finally! The perfect headphone

Thank you JLab for making the perfect headphone for any occasion. My favorite thing about these headphones is the flexibly they offer. I have the option to use just one earbud while I'm at work without being tangled in cords. I can toss that earbud in the charging case and I've got a fully charged pair to use when I go hiking. The true wireless also makes it easy for my wife and I to each be able have an earbud so we can rock out to a song off my phone without being tied to a short wire. Thanks again JLab for making my life easier!!!

Bought these headphones and exchanged them and then finally decided I didn't want to deal with it and returned them. First set one of the ear buds refused to charge so I exchanged them for a new set and those didn't work super disappointed

    Perfect for my workouts

I have been using these earbuds almost every day for the past 2 months. I use them mostly for working out at my gym (mostly weight training and cross training). The thing I like most is that they stay securely in my ears and the battery life is long enough that I can go 2+ weeks without worrying about charging. I have found the Bluetooth connection to be stronger than other "true wireless" earbuds that I have tried. I expect these to be my daily earbuds for some time.

As many others have stated I waited for months for these. I pre-ordered with Jlab. I have had about 6 pairs of Epic 1 and 2's replaced. They are great about the warranty. Usually the left earbud would go out so when I saw these I thought I would give them a try. I like the fit, the case and everything about them except the bluetooth connection is horrible. At first I thought it was the right left connection but at some point I held my phone up to my chest and all the problems ceased. I wear a holster when I run so the phone is on my waist. If I stop running or walking the connection is OK. As soon as I start to move the connection goes off and on. I already have my RMA back to Jlab.

    Good sound but too sensitive

The problem that I have with this headset is that it is too easy to disconnect a call or stop music. It's supposed to be good for working out but if you towel off your face, you are likely to disconnect your call or turn off your music. And there is a delay with every action so you don't know if the action registered so you do the action again which puts it right back in the mode you were trying to get it out of. There should be a way to do a software update and make it so that you need at least 2 touches to do anything. Double-tap to turn off music or disconnect call. Double-tap and hold to turn volume up and down. Also, if you're trying to adjust it in your ear while you're talking on the phone, you will most likely disconnect your call.

    Terrible connection quality

Pre-ordered these and waited 2 months to receive them after having to return the original epic Bluetooth buds due to the connection failing after 3 months of use. Like the reviewer before me, I had such high hopes for them. I've used them 4 times now and since day one the connection between the two buds has cut in and out consistently to the point that they are unusable. They don't cut out every 10 or even 5 minutes, we're talking every 15 seconds. I am returning these. I have spoken with customer support a couple times and they are indifferent about the issues- they know they are there but refuse to address them. I recommend finding a different brand that manufactures a quality product and backs it up.

Not knowing much about True Wireless, I wasn't sure what to expect from the Epic Air. But I have to say I am extremely impressed! I love the over the ear hooks and the option of different size eartips. I never worry about the earbuds falling out. I also love having the controls on the earbuds do I don't have to worry about using my phone. Perfect earbuds for working out. Highly recommend!
