Best thing about them was the day I returned them

This is my second review and I must apologize if my first review gave anyone the ok to purchase these headphones.I am deeply sorry. They suddenly decided to only work if I kept my head pointed straight, and would go out if I turned right or left. I contacted support and they acted like that was a feature. I never buy the service plan but something told me to with these and thank goodness I did because now I have a great pair of JBL.

I purchased the only one they had at the store, took it home, charged it up, the case charged up fine, but the earbuds did not lock into place in the case and would not charge. I had them order one, waited 11 days to receive the second one, the earbuds charged up just fine, but the case charged but the lights did not work, so could not tell how much charge was left in case. Two out of two were defective.

I, like a few other reviewers, have been waiting for these earbuds to become available with much anticipation. First off, I am a little ticked that I preordered these earbuds on Jlab Audio's website, only to find out that they began selling them in Bestbuy. My preordered product wasn't even ready to ship... Weird..but I was so psyched about these earbuds that I disregarded this headscratcher. I wound up cancelling my preorder and went to get them at bestbuy. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I will say that they are comfortable and one of the few true wireless earbuds that actually look cool and not ridiculous, hence my attraction to them. Unfortunately the fun stops there. As was stated by previous reviewers, the connection between earbuds is awful. This is ironic since Jlab touted the connection to be the strongest yet. This is a dealbreaker. The don't do what they are supposed to do. I have those small Rowkin Earbuds that are half the size and they produce exponentially better connection. I just hate how they don't have earhooks on them and so that is why I had such high hopes for this product. Anyway, the left earbud also wouldn't "click" into the charging case...I'm going to have to chalk this one up as a dud and hope another company finally delivers the earbuds that people are clearly asking for...

After 4 exchanges, a new gym, and even a new phone, these headphones will not stop losing connection with each other. I loved the fit, the case, sound was good but the Bluetooth keeps dropping during workouts. After replacing everything, it's obvious that the problem is the device and their manufacturer.

Was intrigued by the design of these headphones as I wanted something that was 'truly wireless' yet would stay in my ear. Great design but absolutely horrible sound quality and inconsistent connection to phone as well as between earbuds. For 129 bucks I expect much better. Returned immediately.

Even after reading all the mixed reviews I had high hopes for these. My first pair I bought in store and after an hour of trying to get the headphones to pair with each other, they just wouldn't do it. Took them back and exchanged them for another pair and resulted in the same thing. Total waste of time.

Audio does not sync to video. Complicated set up and power-on/power-off. Obviously you can not see the buds as you reach for your ears so pressing need to be very careful when attempting to use the TOUCH functions on the buds. Ridiculous. Very fragile. Also, terrible packaging.

    Connectivity Issues

I was hoping that the people talking about connectivity issues were wrong. I fully charged these and then used them for 7 straight hours on a Galaxy S8+. I followed the directions for connecting and during the entire test they cut out constantly and made the entire listening experience horrible.

The charging case stopped charging after 10 days so the earbuds couldn't be charged. The microphone didn't work well. People on the other end of phone calls had difficulty hearing me.

Save your money these are not a good pair of earbuds. They wouldn't stay paired and I got a lot of static from the left one. The Geek Squad (Bestbuy) even had a time pairing them to my phone.

    very disappointed

Was extremely excited for these headphones considering the purported battery life and the decent sized drivers. However my expectations are extremely unmet. The silicone ear tips are slippery and constantly pop out. The buds are larger than I expected, including the piece that holds the silicone buds, so the fit is difficult to get used to. The sound quality is average, I would say about on par with powerbeats 3, just ok. Worst of all is the Bluetooth connectivity. The pair process is tedious at best. Once you finally pair them you are met with terrible connection quality. The earbuds constantly disconnect. Very frustrating. Definitely returning these.

this product is great if you are only using it to talk on the phone. The volume is way to low for one ear listening. The charging case is not well made and I can see it non functional after the top breaks off.

I used these twice, the first time on my mountain bike. My phone was in a pouch under my seat, 2.5 feet from the headphones and it was too far away for proper signal. The second time was at the gym running on a treadmill and the left ear piece kept losing signal. Do not waste your money, they’re not good quality at all

Volume is incredibly low. Ear canal hurts after a few minutes so, after a workout or office use, you'll defenetily be tired of these. Touch controls are very delicate so, you'll have some trouble reaching the commands you're trying to get. Sound quality is poor.
