Little to no Battery Life after 4 Months
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these back in January and, at fist, I was incredibly impressed! They are very comfortable, the sound quality is excellent, the different sizes of ear buds are of a wide variety, and the battery life is (was) great. For the first 6-8 weeks, I could use these every day for about 3-4 hours at work AND THEN 1-2 hours at the gym and they held a charge! I only had to recharge them about every 6-8 days. However, starting last week, I noticed that almost every time I tried to turn them on, they were dead, even if I had charged them the day before and only used them a few hours. For instance, I charged them yesterday morning at work, used them for about 2 hours, then put them away. This morning when I turned them on they said "battery medium". I was upset, but figured I could get through my workout and charge them before work. I was wrong. I had them in for less than 30 min before getting the "battery low" warning, and they shut off without a second warning only 5 minutes later. Incredibly disappointed that I now have to go spend another $100+ on new headphones after 90 days of use.

Works good
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound quality descent. I will admit I have tried several of the included ear rubbers but none of them seem to properly enclose my earholes. I do know that that is contributing to sound quality. I've never had this problem with other ear buds before. They hook around the ears which is fine but when I move in certain positions they have a tendency to fall out. I'm at my job for 9 hrs/day and haven't had to recharge them so I'll believe that they will last the stated 12hrs. My biggest complaint I have with them is that when I first connect them to my phone for the day they inform me that the battery is low. However they work fine. One last thing is the range is superb. The is a lot metal aluminum and titanium and I have left my phone plugged in to walk several yards away and they stay connected no problem. Something I haven't been able to half the distance with the other Bluetooth ear buds. Overall they are a good buy and worth the investment to purchase them.

Died after three runs -- NOT SWEAT-PROOF!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After killing multiple pairs of Jaybird X3's, I gave these a try. Bad idea. NOT SWEAT-PROOF! It took three runs for sweat to penetrate the inline controller. First static, then rapid battery discharge, then death. Returned for refund. If you're not active, these might be okay. Bluetooth connection is pretty solid (significantly better than Jaybird X3's). Comfort/fit is so-so. The memory wire doesn't feel secure to me -- it doesn't stay tightly wrapped to the back of your ear, and the buds start to feel loose, particularly after sweating some. The wire also rubs on the back of your ear, and generates A LOT of noise while running/exercising and some discomfort. I don't think I could get used to this. Again, if you don't move much, probably not an issue. Battery status notifications are the vague "full," "medium," and "low," so you never really know how much time/percentage of battery is left. They also have to be actively connected to the phone to get the status notification.

If you sweat, do not purchase
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are probably that absolute worst earbuds I have ever had. While it's nice that different size ear pieces come with the ear buds, none of them fit properly. I took ear pieces from a pair of old ear buds and put them on the JLab buds just so that would fit in my ears. Those actually fit correctly. As far as sound quality goes, these are no better than a $20 set of ear buds, and definitely not worth the price, I paid $129 for the JLabs. The biggest issue is that these ear buds are for people who workout. If you sweat while you workout, that sweat will run down the wire that is looped over your ear to hold the ear bud into place, and that sweat then will run into your ear. Practically making the ear buds worthless because now you can't hear any sound coming out of the ear buds. I cannot recommend these ear buds for anyone. Too pricey, sound quality sub-par, and they are most definitely not sweat proof. I will be returning these ear buds to get a different brand.

Dead after a few months
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I spent a lot of money on these earbuds because I didn't want cheap junk like everyone sells now. The sound is ok but out of the blue with no damage it just stopped working. Won't turn on or charge. This is only a few months since I bought this. I expect a replacement or a refund. More details to come as to how they handle this.

SoSo
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this because i taught it would be perfect, reliable and durable for my activities. The range is poor when i walk away from my phone not even 40ft and the signal is gone. I like to run but this JLab does not hold on my ears, they keep slipping off, so im not to pleased with this product.

Customizable and comfortable fit, and clear sound.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After charging fully using the included USB cable (about 2 hours out of the box), I was able to connect easily to my smartphone using the audio prompts in the set (yes, the headphones speak to you). The buttons were a little hard to work with, but once I got the feel for where they were at, it was a snap. The sound quality is good for in-the-ear buds, but lacking the bass I had hoped for. They stayed firmly in place during a half hour on the treadmill, which is a plus, and didn't get annoying as earbuds sometimes do. All in all, I'd recommend these for anyone looking for a light, comfortable set of earbuds to use with their phone on a jog or doing chores around the house.

Nice specs, but just not right.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Did not function well. Tried pairing to several phones and tablets, but only got hissing at any comfortable volume level. Did not have this issue with other brands like Skullcandy or Taotronics. Might have been a defective unit, but fitment issues (tried all the included buds) will keep from trying another set.

Very good sound, great battery life
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like these a lot. The fit is nice, battery life is excellent and the sound is really very good. I listen to rock and metal and these play well to that. Podcasts are crisp and clear.
