Decent value on these knowing they all last about a year

I used the JLab Epic 2 on two occasions both times on an indoor treadmill at the gym. On the second run, the headphones started to fade in and out and then totally lost communication with my iphone. I tried to turn the device off but it was totally dead. The headphones would not charge as well so returning the product back to Best Buy.

These headphones have to be the most secure-fitting, in-ear headphones I've ever worn. If that's not your experience, make sure you try one of the other 6 pairs of different sized tips. Because they are IPX5 rated, you won't need to worry about sweat or rain. You can even rinse them off...which is a good thing since if you use them for the intended purpose they will get sweat on them. The cable cinches are a nice addition, as well, allowing you to take up extra cable length, and the inline remote is a nice feature for adjusting volume and advancing tracks. The sound is good, with excellent bass. It might be a little bass heavy for some, but I would argue that while exercising strong bass is not a bad thing. If you want some great fitting, comfortable wireless headphones that are water and sweat resistant, with some serious bass, these could be the ticket.
