Every now and then, we may run into a fitment issue. We apologize for the inconvenience. Although not our top of the line headphone, they should still be putting out nice clear audio. We do cover these under warranty for two years, if you'd like to replace them. They use a bendable wrap-around-the-ear wire that is impossible to get comfortable. Getting the earbud to stay within the ear requires constant adjustment with every use. (Other earbud brands I've used have a fin that fits into the ear shape and holds them securely, and some just use a plain ultra soft tip -- these wrap-arounds are the worst.) They also completely stop working when you put pressure on them so I have at times had to undo a fit that felt good to get the sound back. The sound quality itself is very mediocre, with limited bass and lower-middle tones so music sounds thin with no body. On the positive side, the Bluetooth connected easily with my Amazon Fire HD, and they work fine getting splashed in the shower. However, that doesn't make up for their lack of comfort and durability so I will be returning them.

I really liked the bendable over-the-ear holders and had no problems keeping the buds in my ears. I wasn't a huge fan of the controller, since it was so close to the ear that it felt like it was almost behind my head when I ran. I have now owned them for a little over 2 months and I only get about 1.5 hours of use out of a full charge, instead of the almost 6 hours which were advertised. Even less of a fan of the controller, feels like these are not good for all the bouncing that happens when I run. They are more durable than other wireless headphones that I have previously owned, but the poor use time is very disappointing. I would not recommend this to others.
