These are fine for those. Not sure about music. They do stay in your ears pretty well. I've had this brand before and 1 day they just stopped working. Hopefully these will last longer than 6 months.

I'm glad I purchased the two protection plan as I'm going to be taking my third set back as once again they just stopped working. The first two would no longer charge after charging and using the battery a couple/few times. This last pair just plain stopped working. Each set died within just a couple months. Super disappointed in these.

So far so good.

I’ve been on a handful of hour long runs and the battery is still going strong. Not quite as form fitting around the ear as I had expected but it stays it the ear and is serviceable enough. No complaints. Easy to pair with my phone.
