Although, not our top of the line headphone, you should still be getting nice clear, rich sound out of these. We do cover all our Bluetooth headphones with a one-year limited warranty.     Long story short.... earbuds will not hold a charge. I would have them charging all night or even days and still shut down after 2 minutes. Don't waste your money.

    I bought this pair because I thought that would stay on my ear because of the design, however they don’t. I’ve tried 4 different kinds and styles and no success.

    Needed these to use with my Galaxy S21 plus which had no headphone jack. I use them to listen to music when I cut the grass, have not used them for phone calls. Once I figured them out, they work fine.

    I hate this item. I want to return it but I don't have time to go to your store since you open at 11 am. This item will take you 15 minutes for you to connect it to your ear and my break is over. I hate this item

    Product is great. If I could give a no stars, I would do to the negative attitude and poor customer service skills from the General Manager of the Denton TX store. I spent $1210.00 on Sunday 8/9/20 including 2 series 5 apple watches, air pod pros, and a screen protector for 1 watch. The sales person who sold me the items advised me he would install the screen protector on my watch when I receive it in the mail. I received it on 8/12/20. I returned to the store with the watch and screen protector. The staff at the front advised me to see the geek squad for the install. The tech in geek squad advised me of a charge of $9.00. I explained that I was told by the person who sold me the products that he would install it. She argued with me. I asked for the GM. This guy was completely rude and would not honor what I was advised. I explained I would just return all my products. He stated “OK”. I then advised him I would not return to this Best Buy store. He stated “OK”. No care or customer service skills at all. I have spent quite a bit of money in this store in the past 10 years including TV’s and cell phones. They have never had an issue installing screen protectors on any of my cell phones. No charge. I left the Denton store and drove to the Flower Mound TX Best Buy location. I spoke with a customer service rep named Sidney. She was very customer service driven as I explained what happened in the Denton Tx location. She advised me that she would have geek squad install the screen on my watch at no charge and apologized for what happened in the Denton Best Buy. I will only purchase from the Flower Mound store moving forward. I also contacted their corporate office. I was given an email to voice my complaint. I have yet to hear back from upper management. My college daughter also advised me that she was in this same store last week inquiring about a new touch screen radio for her car including install. They literally advised her that their techs suck at their job and she would be better off just purchasing the touch screen radio from Car Toys and have them also install it.

    Bought these yesterday since my other jlabs earbuds decided they don’t want to charge. I am already getting static in my left earbud during my first time using them. I recommend you save money and avoid these.

    Lost a pair just like these that belonged to a friend of mine on a recent trip to a playoff game. Oops my bad. Stopped at a Best Buy on the way home, bought these and replaced them before the wife could find out. Great product for the price. Would buy another pair for myself even if I didn't lose them.
