Though over the ear is adjustable, tends to slip out of form. The earbuds do not stay in due to this, especially when wet. Calls are low and muffled, I've gotten better quality from a pair of $10 cheapos. So unless this was a defective pair, SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Blue tooth cuts in and out

Absolutely horrendous quality.

I was immediately disappointed when I opened the packaging and saw how flimsily constructed this headset was. Then I connected them to my computer, and had a choppy connection. I reset both the computer and the headset and had the same. I thought, maybe it's my computer, so I connected the headset to my phone. Exactly the same result. I took these back to the store. The customer service person told me that, indeed these are terrible, and that I really should pay a lot more to get a good quality headset. The thing is, my go to headset, that is built much better, has reliable bluetooth and good sound quality, cost substantially LESS than this model. I absolutely would not buy this headset.
