Decent sound quality for music. Fit was good. Con was microphone when talking on phone. They said i was muffled. If i was to only use them for the gym they would be perfect, but I do FaceTime often and these do not fit my need. I will be returning them.

I've bought these headphones maybe 8-9 times now. They have decent sound and I like the over/in ear hold, but I know they're going to break or fail within 9 months. For the price right now, they're fine.

Had a little difficulty pairing to my iPhXSMax but after a few tries, it worked. Sound is good, fit not as comfortable. All in all not a bad headset. My girlfriend really liked them.

    Another winner from JLab

Disclaimer - I received this product in exchange for my fair and unbiased review. JLab makes some good audio products for the price. They've always had well-rounded sound, good battery life, and a good feature set, and are generally well built. Their customer service has also been easy to deal with in the past. So when I saw the FitSport Wireless earbuds, I knew I wanted to review them. I'm glad I did. I have other, more expensive pairs of earbuds and in-ear monitors that cost between three and ten times what these do. Some of those more expensive earbuds have lesser audio quality, some have shorter battery life. The FitSport Wireless compares favorably to all of them because they live up to their 6 hour battery life claim while listening to anything from rapid-fire metal to bass-heavy electronic music, with little distortion unless you turn the volume up to 11 (if you've seen "This Is Spinal Tap", you'll know the reference) and set the EQ for more bass response. Speaking of, these headphones have a nice feature that is generally reserved for more expensive earbuds and headphones - a built-in EQ. While it's not a nice software-controlled EQ like you'd find in high-end headphones and earbuds, it does give you three modes - balanced (the equivalent of flat), bass boost (where the low-end gets cranked up), and JLab Signature Sound (which cranks up the highs and lows for heavy bass and crisp treble). All three modes worked well, but like previously stated, turning the volume all the way up with the bass level boosted does lead to some distortion. The ear tips are also a pleasure. The "wings" do a good job of holding the buds in place when you're active, and with FOUR choices of ear tips, you'll find a good fit (I preferred the large silicone tips, but the foam "Cloud" tips were pretty nice). These earbuds also report battery life to iOS devices. They didn't report battery life to my Android 7.1 tablet, however. Some Android devices may receive the battery life information, however. All in all, you can't beat the value of these ear buds.

    Promising, Then They Die

Bought my first of two pairs in July and they worked quite well (great sound, good bluetooth pairing, etc.) for the first two months. By October, the pairing was having problems, sound was broken, and then they finally stopped taking a charge. I returned this pair, figuring they were faulty and they were replaced at no charge. My new pair has experienced the same life span and they are now dead (stopped pairing, on/off button doesn't seem to work). I work out a lot, so a lot of sweat would work it's way into the ear bud portion. I suspect this is the problem. These headphones can't actually handle sweat. I would dry them off with my towel after each workout. But since I experienced the same exact problems and life span with these headphones, I cannot recommend them for everyday workout use.

These are decent earbuds I don't like the stiffness of them and the hard plastic. The sound is decent I prefer more bass like some other earbuds produce but for using while jogging they are not bad

    Battery Issues

Glad I got the extended store warranty. Returned twice! Battery issue both times. Went with different brand all together. Unfortunate, because I really liked them for comfort and ease of use. I had my first pair for two months, my second for less than 30 days. Battery over heated first time and just died the second time. Not a recommended model. Hopefully their other models are better.

    "Battery Low"

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

They're great with one big exception: "Battery low" "Battery low" "Battery low" "Battery low" "Battery low" "Battery low" Every. 10. seconds. Its only at 40%. The EFFECTIVE battery life is about HALF of what is stated for this brand of earbuds, no matter the model. I have tried more expensive models, with longer battery life, and same thing: at 40%, "battery low." Very poor design.

Okay for price, but would choose another option

Normally I do not have any problems regarding Best Buy products. However, I would not recommend these headphones to anyone. While the audio quality is okay, the headphone straps (that go around your ear) do not keep the earbud tight within your ear. Regardless of the different sizes for the earbuds that I put on, none would comfortably (and tightly) fit into my ear. I would have to constantly rearrange and push the headphones back in as I was running. This to me defeats the purpose of wireless headphones, so much so that I just used my regular apple cord headphones, as they did a much better job. After four months, the headphones no longer charged on the charging port. This means that my headphones can no longer be charged at all and "died", because there is no battery life in them. I tried contacting customer support to see if they could do an exchange, or if they could give me a new charging cord for my headphones to connect to, but it was a no-go. So you get the price of what you pay for. Personally, I have had headphones that were slightly cheaper that have lasted much longer from Best Buy. I would recommend other brands. Maybe my headphones were the one bad apple, but I would be careful when selecting these headphones.

The JLab Audio - Fit Sport Fitness Earbuds delivers what it promises, good quality, and 6 hours of use between charges. The earbuds are comfortable and stay put during my time on the bike or treadmill. A good product at a reasonable price. What's not to like this holiday season?

These didn't work so well for me, everyone claimed they could barely here me with the mic and that it was muffled. I tested it with my wife and yes you can barely hear through the mic, I returned these.

These headphones are some of the worst that I have ever bought, especially for being "fit" AKA workout headphones. The design of the in-line volume controls being very close to the right headphone means that if any amount of sweat gets near that earbud, it will NOT stay in your ear no matter what. This is because the in-line controls are quite heavy and if you run or do cardio, they will fall out of your ears. I also only owned these for around 3 months before they started to really get worn out. I would shop elsewhere if you are looking for decent workout headphones that are also wireless. On a positive note, the sound from the headphones, as well as the noise cancellation was decent, albeit for workout headphones. That and the actual design of the heaphones was comfortable, but did tend to irritate my ears after around 2 hours of wearing them.
