I'm glad I purchased the two protection plan as I'm going to be taking my third set back as once again they just stopped working. The first two would no longer charge after charging and using the battery a couple/few times. This last pair just plain stopped working. Each set died within just a couple months. Super disappointed in these.

Now it is a chore to get it to connect with my Windows 10 laptop and Windows 10 phone. My laptop and phone show it's paired and connected and the earbuds speak it's connected but no sound through the earbuds. Sometimes they work. Sometimes they don't. I just don't need to wrestle with trying to get something to work when I'm trying to work and take calls. Frustrating. They're going back. I'm not sure if I'll give a pair of JLab on ear wireless headphones a try. At least one of their pairs has both Bluetooth and RF so there is a fallback. Or I can just pony up more money for another brand.
