I think the sound has room for improvement. Also the cord gets tangled in my hair and pops the earbuds out.

My biggest complaint is they don't stay in my ears very well, but I have that problem with most earbuds. Otherwise I might have rated them higher.

The only annoying part is that you have to keep reshaping the ear pieces around your ears which if not done properly or securely can and do slip right off
