Opened the package and charged the battery as directed, paired with my phone, no problems so far. However as soon as I started listening to music it became apparent that there was a short in the wiring somewhere. So these will be going back to Best Buy for a refund. Total usage time about 2 minutes, I’m not going to waste my time on another pair
