Poor quality

Looked it up at the Google and it said they had to be "reset". I did that and they would charge it was frustrating to say the least. At this point it isn't worth the headache of fighting the reset to get them to charge.

Frequently disconnected

Usually disconnect did not last more than 2-3 seconds. The frequency made it very frustrating especially when on a call. Not sure whether it was phone or headphone issue.
