    I return the item. I couldn't get a comfortable fit and it hurted my ear. Sound quality was not good. Touch control was finicky.

    Everything's great if you're looking for the open style earbud. They are a little on the heavy side and I ended up not keeping them. Swapped to the Soundcore C30i and they check all the boxes.

    These things can't stay connected even if the phone is 2 feet away. Jlab says just to keep factory resetting the device. So I'm supposed to reset and reconnect these every time they lose signal which is often. And I just bought them a few weeks ago. The sound quality and build don't matter because these can't stay connected, defeating the entire purpose of wireless earbuds.

    Bought 2 pairs. Within 5 hours of use on BOTH pairs, the left ear bud audio starts to fade. I place them back into the case to charge. They don't charge. And they're really tight on the ears. And worst, when moving my head around at work, the button on them presses against my neck and then the volume goes up/down, skips the track or opens up Google. The sound is decent until they stop working.
