    the sound quality is awful, they don't fit my ears, they don't fit my kid's ears. Do they fit anyone's ear?! they do connect easily to any of my android devices (4) and ubuntu Linux, but not my windows computers (2)

    Great comfort and great bass for what you are paying. Was really eager to try them after I bought them. My biggest problem was after 3 DAYS, I repeat 3, the products right earphone stopped working. Repairing, and resetting didn't work, and even online troubleshooting did not trick. Thankfully Best Buy has a wonderful return place, and I look forward to trying a different headset.

    If you have a thick or thin ear helix (yes I had to look this up) this is not for you. It does work but if you have a different size helix you have to fight to find the sweet spot for you to hear it. Because I have a thicker helix it hurts me when I wear it for long periods. But if I find that sweet spot then it doesn't affect me at all, ONLY if I find that spot.

    These are a great concept. Not the best open ear headphones. The connection is spotty at best. Return window was days long so not I am stuck with them. I expected 30 day return policy but I received unit on the 18th of the month and less than 2 weeks return window was closed

    I like them. I have small ears and I don't like things in or over them. This just kind of cuffs on. I don't even feel it. I dislike the touch button set up for pause and volume though especially since I typically keep only one on but I can't just control those on my tablet.

    The idea iof this product is great but the sound is not. The battery life isnt great either. After a full charege it only lasted 3 hours. They are comfortable to wear and dont fall off like regular ear buds which os the only good thing about these.

    Can barely hear the person singing let alone other elements of the song. And don't say use a volume booster or equalizer. Cuz that barely gets above a whisper.Worst invention ever and kind of defeats the purpose of headphones.
