But when you are on the hands free call the audio sucks. The volume is soft even when turned all the way up when talking to someone else. And people tell me it sounds like I’m in a tin can.

Music is as loud as a normal pair, but i believe that is the point of this product.

When I turn my head, it changes volume or sound( I do have bigger ears though) I've had them just over a month and getting static in the right one. Phone mic is better than most budget earbuds I've had.
