    I return the item. I couldn't get a comfortable fit and it hurted my ear. Sound quality was not good. Touch control was finicky.

    Bought it for gf who loses all 3 pair of earphones everywhere and cannot hear her sorroundings when her other ones are on. She is enjoying this ones. For the price they are great.

    These things can't stay connected even if the phone is 2 feet away. Jlab says just to keep factory resetting the device. So I'm supposed to reset and reconnect these every time they lose signal which is often. And I just bought them a few weeks ago. The sound quality and build don't matter because these can't stay connected, defeating the entire purpose of wireless earbuds.

    Everything's great if you're looking for the open style earbud. They are a little on the heavy side and I ended up not keeping them. Swapped to the Soundcore C30i and they check all the boxes.
