The sound is great on these earbuds and they stay put very well, especially when I am exercising. That was my main reason for me getting this pair. The price and the quality is very good.
They sound OK, stay in place, not very comfortbale

Understanding that they are open design I’m OK with the sound quality. It’s loud enough, but does still allow outside Sounds to completely pass through which is great. They are just not very comfortable in my ears. I cannot find a comfortable position for them where I can hear well and not have it feel like there’s something digging into my ear, which is strange because there’s no sharp parts or edges. I did also notice while using them for a teams meeting, when the microphone is engaged, it appears the audio quality drops off by about 75% meaning it’s static, Poppy and just doesn’t sound good. I thought it might be the teams or Windows audio quality itself, but I switched to my older pair of sound core headphones halfway through the call and all of the audio quality issues disappeared on the same computer on the same call.

The jlab headphones were surprisingly comfortable. These headphones just rest on my earlobe and it makes it easy to hear my surroundings. They could be a little bit louder but all in all a great buy.

The sound was amazing the comfortable SUPPORT over the ear around the ear. It wasn’t driving in my ear. It was comfortable what I dislike about the about the earbuds is I couldn’t track on my location.

These wireless earbuds are ok. I like how they are easy to charge and keep a charge. Putting them into yoir ear is easy but it takes some adjistments because they hurt alittle. I do not like how a couple times while on the phone it stated jbl is on mid conversation. I havent listened to music with them, but for the price thati paid during black friday it was good. Hope you enjoy your buds so far i am. My daughter purchased her a pair as well.

Is ok and not really my first choice but works great for what it is. Only complaint I have is every once in a while, I need to delete it from my phone completely and reconnect it…thus the 1 star loss.

Incredibly comfortable. I can wear them all day long with zero discomfort. When I need to turn the music off for a while, I don't even take them out. At times, I even forget they're there. Of course, if my ears were shaped differently, or smaller or bigger, maybe they wouldn't be as unobtrusive. Sound level changes when a bud moves, but that's the nature of open air buds. The trade off is that I can carry on conversations at normal levels even while my music continues to play. The case is perfect - easily fitting in a front pants pocket unobtrusively, and easy to put buds in and take them out. Hopefully they will have a long life - like most of my other jlab products.

Super nice quality, fits like a glove. Works great if you wear glasses, or workout. Stays secure when in motion, and doesn’t get in the way like the over the ear ones. Definitely recommend.

After a few months of use for school, they started to crackle. Wasn't terribly bothersome, but i ended up upgrading. Otherwise no issues, they were comfortable and held a charge well.
