Great product very comfortable very affordable and great overall

I purchased the Go Air earbuds and honestly, they were okay at first. The sound quality was decent for the price, and they worked fine during the first couple of weeks. Nothing amazing, but not bad either. However, after a couple weeks, one of the earbuds completely stopped working. I tried resetting them and troubleshooting, but it wouldn’t reconnect or power on. This is actually my second pair, and I had a similar issue before. It’s disappointing because they work well in the beginning, but the durability just doesn’t seem to last. If you’re looking for something very short-term and budget-friendly, they might be fine. But if you want something reliable long-term, you may want to consider other options.

The sound quality is great, but i had a really difficult time getting them to connect to my iphone 16. I only used them twice because I couldn’t get them to connect. I would spend 5-10 turning bluetooth on and off, connecting and reconnecting, just to get an error message continuously saying to “forget” device and try to reconnect.

This earbud is too tight for my ears and hurts due to silicon tip. This earbud is hard to get out of the charger case, takes a few times try. The sound is good and battery is good. I just can’t use it a lot because my ears starts hurting. Was going to return this but I have already used it in my ears and I already damaged the box . I paid $24.99.

Did not like these. They were very difficult to get out of the case, every time! Very hard to grip the ear bud to pull out. Sounds was ok, but not comfortable.

The sound is good but they’re difficult to get out of the case and they hurt my ears. Just shows cheaper is not always the better choice.

Not really happy. Bought these for a backup when my others run out of juice. They are difficult to connect to.

I bought these for my son about two weeks ago. He said they sound great he loved them, till the battery died and they wouldnt charge. It would say charged 50% and 5mins later youd hear disconnected. They died. The right earbud wouldn't charge. Top charge was 40%. So we are returning them. Need to see what other earbuds are good and affordable.

The price is really good for this product. They started out working well for 2 weeks. But now, only 1 ear bud works at a time. It stopped connecting together. The sound quality is good, if you just want a good basic pair for the gym. But since it stopped working, I have to return it.

Used itmaybe 2 dozen times, and one day one ear bud stopped charging and charge holds less and less with each use. Too bad, because they did have decent sound quality.

Trouble to connect bouth but sounds good nice sounds

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my daughter, the sound quality was great but she kept experiencing connectivity issues. We can't swap them out because it's after 30 days. Waste of money

To sum it up - you get what you pay for. I was hoping for a cheap set of wireless headphones to use with my computer. I use the Apple airpod pros for my phone and I wasn't planning on spending a lot of money on a separate pair for my computer. I also planned on spending around $50.00, but the reviews on this pair were execellent and the price was dirt cheap, so I tried them. The sound is very good. However, the microphone was very bad. Additionally, the pods are difficult to remove from the charging case. If you're looking for just a set of cheap wireless headphones, then this set has a lot of attractive features for the price. Unforturnately, this time I'll be returning this set.

I purchased the Light Blue JLab GO Air POP earbuds from Best Buy on October 22, 2025. The right earbud stopped working on December 28, 2025. This issue occurred during normal use.

I got these for my husband and he hates them. He has issues with the volume and charging them., there is much more.

These earbuds have decent sound and work well for my simple needs, but there is a major flaw. The individual earbuds will disconnect from each other and have to be manually reconnected. The procedure is listed in the troubleshooting section of the user guide. I have had to manually resynchronize these earbuds about 8 times in the ten days I have owned them. So, just about every day. If I had not scratched the case so badly, I would be returning them. JLab really needs to fix this serious flaw.

Good sound. Too hard to get the buds out if the case. Will keep as a spare

Not good at all. They fall out all the time with all the different tips.

The positives about this product is that the music sound quality is fantastic and does a good job with outside noise canceling. The negatives outweigh the positives. The negatives are they are bulky and they have a small flashing light every 20 to 30 seconds. The biggest negative is that you can forget being heard by people accepting phone calls using the ear buds. You can hear them, but they can hardly hear you. I’m not happy with this purchase.

I was very pleased with the sound quality, comfort, and cost, but after just three months of light use, the charging case no longer works! It is such a shame, as I really liked this product initially. I began the process of filing a warranty claim, but then I found that you have to package the item and pay shipping and handling to return it to JLab before they will consider your claim, which is a big hassle and disappointment.
