The JLab Air Pops are what I call a quiet storm! The best things are the battery life, the exceptional bass, the ease of use, and portability of them. It comes in a magnetic case, which I feel should really be the standard for earbuds in general. The bass quality is BOMB. Seriously,, for $20 earbuds you can't beat the bass quality here. Another excellent feature is the awesome noise cancellation --- this is probably the best noise cancellation I have, even considering my more expensive earbuds ($60 to be exact). Finally, the ease of charging is smart; the USB charger is attached to the charging pack so no worrying about losing the charger or having to remember to bring it. Thankfully charging is not often necessary with these because the battery life is several hours...Over the course of a week I didn't need to charge them at all after using them for the whole week. These are a legit steal at the price point.

My main headphones are my Sony XM3. When I don’t want to lug around those monstrosities I want something small and portable. The kids have the airpods 2 and pro (those sound 10x better but 10x price). I chose the jlab go air pop true wirless due to their 32+ hour claim. They lasted all day but cannot confirm the 32 hours as they do recharge when I put them back in the case. Speaking of charging I have come to dislike the attached charging cable. Jlab just put a usb-c port under there please. Sound was just okay. No bass what so ever even though package says “bass boost” on it. I normally don’t like in ear headphones but these did not bug me and they fit good. Almost forgot at times I had them in. Music sounds flat. Youtube videos sounded okay. For the price they are a great backup for travel or public transportation. The low cost won’t get you to upset if you lose them. Connects fast to both my iphone and android tablet. Can use 1 or both earpieces at a time. They are also L/R marked. No mobile app available to custom tune the sound. They do just work though. Voice lets you know when bluetooth connected and battery full. Charging LED. Mic is decent. Can hear background noise and whistling noise at time. My voice sounds like I am in a small room.

I love the small and compact case which fits nicely in my pocket. Silicon is soft and fits comfortably in my ears. Pairs easily and connects quickly with android and Mac. Average sound quality.

I wish i could review this item but BestBuy sent me an empty envelope. They even put the the lithium battery labels. The delivery guy handed me the package, it felt light and even i opened it, it was empty. Note to bestbuy warehouse guys, next time put the item in and then seal the envelope

These earbuds are a no brainer for anyone looking for decent quality headphones for a reasonable price. I use these every day and I loved these so much I bought a second pair, which I only needed because I tend to lose headphones. As someone who is picky about the way earbuds fit I love the fit of these as they are snug without hurting my ears like certain other ear buds do with prolonged use. The bass caught me off guard they are extremely powerful earbuds with amazing sound quality and there are 3 different modes you can use for more bass, more clarity, or more of a balance in sound. The battery life on these is insane. I use these at work and then in the gym everyday and I think I really only have to charge them once maybe twice a week. The case itself holds the charge so if you have it fully charged it continues to charge the ear buds everytime you put them back in the case until it runs out of a charge. They are water resistant which I have never fully tested submerged in water but I have also used these in the shower with no issues. They are super easy to pair to any device it shouldnt even take you more than a minute. 10/10 I recommend these for anyone looking for quality earbuds for the price you wont find anything better. These are a game changer for sure.

Ok, they don't have the super sharp sound of a $300 dollar pair of earbuds and they do not charge by laying the case on a wireless charging pad. But I was very glad to see Jlabs enter the lower price market with a quality headphone. The earbud is compact and comfortable as well as being water resistant. The charging case is compact and has a built in charging flat cable that tucks back into the bottom of the case when not in use and can charge the buds and keep you powered and listening for 32 hours before needing to recharge, There is no control of these from an app but I find the tap features to be easy to understand and use for the adjustments and feature use. Three equalizer settings are also included in the tap features. They work great when taking a call and are IPX4 SWEAT & WATER RESISTANT. You can use only one earbud if desired. They can connect automatically and do so initially and subsequently with ease. These would be a great first earbud for the kids to see how well they take care of them before investing in higher priced models For casual use and listening at a very economical price they are really hard to beat for anyone.

Absolutely love the brand Jlab (have bought headphones from them in the past). I got these on a sale back in late december/early Jan. of this yr & I absolutely love them! The battery life is great, the sound is great. I love that you can change the EQ settings in the J lab app or just by touching your headphones with your finger. I love the size of them. They fit great in my ear. I have really small ears and I’ve always had issues with headphones fitting comfortably in my ear, but these ones do they even fit in my seven-year-old daughter‘s ear, which she has the same issue, so these are absolutely great and totally worth the money. I love the color of them. The quality is great, super soft. I just am obsessed all around.

Waste of money! The left one says 90% battery life then dies in less than 10 minutes. Ive left it in the charging case for hours and even plugged it in to charge. Disconnected and tapped 7 times... nothing works.

My husband and I use these earbuds on pretty much a daily basis, what I can tell you is the buds themselves have fantastic battery life (we use them for 9 hours on work shifts, they hit half battery by the end of shift, I've never had them die during work after a full charge). The sound is bassy, clear, and has great volume for noisy environments like work. They do block external noise well, there is no distortion at higher volume, and they also fit very well due to their small form (these are all around better than my Bose headphones, at least in my opinion). The touch controls are decent, not fantastic but they do work once you get to understand them. The case is durable to drops, has a small form, and has a strong magnetic lid. It also has a built in USB cord and charging light. At first, I really didn't know how long they would hold up, especially with a built in charging cord. Now, I can tell you for certain that these will always be my go to earbuds, for the price, what more could I really need? I'm always very active with these, if I ever lost one/broke one, at least I'm not breaking the bank like I would if I lost a pair of expensive earbuds. I've literally never had a single issue with them, they still work as great as they did out of the box (granted, the case is a bit scraped up from countless drops). I don't doubt that I could get a couple more years out of them. Don't listen to the, "Expert reviews", they sound like they've been privileged with fancy equipment for too long. Real world experience from a music addict, THEY'RE GOOD. They have 4.5 stars at the time I'm writing this, I cannot find any other set under 75 dollars that has better ratings. Trust all of the reviews, don't just take my word.

This compact Bluetooth set was a great step up from my existing ones by improving the little details. For starters, its one of the thinnest smaller cases i've ever had/seen from buds that weren't airpods. its a lot sleeker in my pocket and less bulky. i also like the fact that the USB cable is not only integrated into the case, but designed so that there's no wrong way to plug it in. it can go upside down. Set up was very simple. you pull out both earbuds and then select the pods from your BT menu. Once you do this, you can use one or the other or both at the same time. This is much more convenient than other brands where you have to pair in a certain order and then usually you need to pair both buds separately. battery life has been great so far, only time will tell on longevity but i'm hopeful. sounds quality is great. When listening to music, there's the option to toggle some preset equalizer profiles. while the Bass Boost is pretty good, i prefer the JLab Signature setting the touch sensors are nice, but personally i would have preferred a mechanical switch so i can tell i've made the correct tap. While its not a big deal for single taps to adjust volume and call answer, when double/triple tapping, sometimes i'm not sure if some taps didn't register and then they do something else, like accidentally pause, hang up, or launch my assistant that being said, i imagine it'll get easier and i'll adjust the longer i use them.

These earbuds are so much better than the many I have purchased thru the years. For starters they have covers that fit snuggly in your ear and DO NOT fall out. Then secondly they connect so easily and automatically with my Samsung TV late at night so I don’t disturb anyone I live with . The sound is amazing ! I also wear them to exercise because once again they stay in your ear and do not fall out so you never loose a bud. They play great sound for music listening and have several settings for your sound. Again if paired all you have to do is open the case and they connect perfectly! Talking on the phone thru them is a breeze also. So great that I have bought several for my many friends and I have 3 pair - for travel- next to the tv and as a backup when I give a pair to a friend! Now let’s talk about price- wow wow wow- simply amazing- the price is so affordable that I own several pairs like I said! You should run not walk to buy yours because they are constantly having to restock them! Enjoy
